I acquired 15acres during Covid by myself. Because no one liked my idea. Now they’re regretting.
Bravo Lone Oaks community in Texas. Very ambitious project with 39 acres (16 hectares roughly). Working together always makes everyone successful. Am sure many of you would prefer to do the same in your home countries but probably experiencing issues as all diasporas on investing in your respective home countries, with corruption, taxes, delays, etc.,. Reading about Texas in America, it is a big State with lots of land.

Huyu msee simuelewi. On a different interview na Iko Nini podcast, a month ago, on the same site, he said the land is 123 acres na eti ni yake. Hapa he says 39 acres na ni ya Kenyans kadha. Red flag if you ask me.
