Kenyans have earned a good name even here in the US. Most managers I've met have given great reviews about Kenyans . We are known to be hardworking and humble and easily work as a team.
When i was in holiday , I was glad to see Kenyan working in the Hotel industry in Jersey Island , They are loved for their hardwork , Hospitality , Friendly and Discipline . I'm soo proud to be a Kenyan 👏👏👏
A company that sources for great talent and skill sets based on merit will always succeed. The founder and company is destined for greatness. Congrats.
Wow! What an amazing content! Alex can you also do another one for hospitality with Lee? I’m sure most of us ladies would like to know if we can get an opportunity too to work there!
Great clip, I have shared this with Artisan and Certificate students in various TVET institutions and they are very excited to watch this. Kenyans are impacting the world.
When it comes to work, Kenyans are widely known of working hard with minimal complaints. I guess we Kenyans want to get that cash and invest back home.
Kenya has lots of jobs, especially in construction, but lots of people despise the idea of getting dirty and being paid poorly. Time we started paying good livable wages. Unfortunately, our politicians did a thorough research when awarding themselves higher salaries, but failed to consider other sectorrs.
Currently doing construction in 🇧🇮 burundi but I'm a kenyan..people out here pay really good for that confidence and experience...I'm delighted to see my brothers shinning all over the world especially in a field👷♂️👷♂️ that is not so appreciated at home..
Is it easy setting up businesses as a Kenyan over there? I have a welding fabrication business that also does metal fences/gates/staircase railings, pergolas and car shades...I'd like to expand it in East Africa in future, likely Burundi and Rwanda
When we talk of UN-SDGs Mr Madden and his firm are an embodiment of this. Creating opportunities to reduce inequality, providing decent employment, social mobility to improve peoples’ lives + working in partnerships. Very well done.
This is really really good....congratulations Chams media for your very educational and informative content....your works should be on national television to enlighten our people 👍
I am in construction in the UK. I have worked in construction for 13 years.I work with Tower Cranes. I haven't met many Kenyans in Construction because of the stigma of "mjengo"in Kenya. Not every person working in Construction is " mtu wa mikono". Most Kenyans abroad are either security guards or doing care work. Construction in many cases pay more than office work!
I hope the buildings are up to code, tusiletewe sifa mbaya. Thing are looking bad in the construction industry back home, with all the crumbling buildings.
Corruption is the problem. They don't follow the bill of quantities but short cuts. Man I hate Kenya and it's corrupt ways. My parents taught me differently. I am so scared for myself and kids. How I wish I could leave this country.
The gentleman's account of how he found the opportunity through LinkedIn motivates me. Does anyone know how software engineers in Kenya can obtain employment visas for the United States or the United Kingdom?

Good to see our people shining abroad!
We're busy fighting about tribalism here in Kenya instead of working together like those Kenyans in abroad.
Easy to say but sadly and frankly in their hearts of hearts are ethnic to the bone !!!
It's not that bad vile unaiweka, tribalism is not as bad as before. Most of us have spouses from other tribes
