I had the opportunity to meet 2 of the designers who worked on this project, a Mexican and an Asian, and the vision of their work was very interesting. My company was in charge of part of the logistics of the furniture made in Mexico by local artisans and artists. as well as the import from Asia and Europe of some accessories. This complex is spectacular, I recommend it, good video, enjoy!
Thanks for sharing some background information, it is greatly appreciated! This resort compared to most others, is really well designed, especially from a low footprint and maintenance perspective. Much effort was put into the design, and how the resort won't negatively affect the surrounding ecosystem. I first went to the resort shortly after it opened, and with my last visit I was surprised at how the underwater marine ecosystem has developed since then, partially thanks to the breakwater barriers which serves as an artificial reef. Thanks for watching, I appreciate the support 😁
Wow, the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya looks like an absolute paradise! From the luxurious rooms to the variety of dining options and the stunning beach, it seems like the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. ❤️
Yes, most all-inclusive resorts in the Riviera Maya are Adults Only. This resort was designed to be kids friendly. To be honest, this resort is so large that you don't even notice the kids.
Thank you, greatly appreciated 😊. Regarding kids, I estimate less than 10% of the guests had kids (even on a St Patrick's day weekend). The great part about Hilton Tulum is that it was designed with kids in mind to be family friendly, but also taking into consideration the majority guests who do not have children. For this reason, most (if not all) kids activities are concentrated at the far south side of the resort. Guests with kids are also checked into the accommodation blocks within that area, and families tend to spend most of their time there since everything they need are provided for in abundance. The north of the resort is more adults (without kids) oriented. There aren't any hard 'adults-only' zones like some resorts, but basically if you're going solo as an adult, you'll barely notice it being a kids friendly resort due to the size of the property. Hilton Tulum is probably one of the largest resorts in the vicinity. The other thing to consider is the type of guests that choose to go to Hilton Tulum compared to many other competitor resorts. I've found that the majority people that choose Hilton Tulum tend to be a bit more relaxed, same applying to their kids.
Stayed at the Conrad and reviewed it in my channel, but thinking of doing one day here next time. Did you snorkel in that bay at all? Wondering about fish 🐟 🫶🏽😀
No, I'm planning on going to the Conrad in a few months time just for the experience. It does look amazing though! When I go I plan on snorkeling the Conrad bay area too. The water is a bit more rough that side, but I do expect to see some amazing sea life there due to the reef conditions. Interesting thing I noticed about the Hilton Tulum bay is how much the sea life developed in two years since the resort opened, especially after the resort developers built the breakwater barriers which helps the fish establish themselves. I love snorkeling that bay!
Hi! The resort is 40 miles (62 km) from Tulum airport, which is about 1 hour drive. Transportation between the resort and the airport is available 24 hours, but need to be arranged with the resort concierge at least 48 hours in advance of the intended date of travel. The transportation is not free, and comes at an additional charge (to be confirmed at the time of transportation reservation depending on type of transportation available). When you have your reservation, you just need to contact the concierge at: CUNHI_GM(at)hilton(dot)com [FYI re e-mail address: please substitute (at) and (dot) with actual characters. YT policies don't allow complete links in comments]
It’s a good hour along with the Conrad. 1 hour 20 if you fly into Cancun. Went last time while visiting Conrad there and this time thinking of visiting both so I can review both in my channel. Flying into Cancun because it’s less expensive for the flight and was able to use Amex for further points discount on delta (16k miles from ATL!)
Does the app only work when you are on the property? I will be going Wednesday and trying to set up reservations now, but the app wont let me log in yet!!
Hi there. As far as I understand, the app only allows Hilton Honors Diamond members to perform pre-arrival activities such as restaurant reservations, etc via the app. Other than that I don't think you'll be able to log in yet until check-in, but it should allow you to access the property information, like restaurant menus and activity schedules at least. The app does allow you to make restaurant bookings for dinner, but only after check-in. My recommendation is to immediately go to the concierge desks right next to reception and reserve all your dinner reservations for the duration of stay. You should be okay checking in on a Wednesday, but checking in on a Friday is difficult to get availability. The highest in demand restaurants are Auma Steakhouse and Noriku Teppanyaki. Alternatively, if you can't get any preferred restaurant reservations, just go to the restaurant and ask them to be accommodated in the place of reservation no-shows, which is very common.

It really is! The perfect place just to relax and be pampered with a few drinks. Thanks for watching!
I'm blown away by the eco-chic design and the commitment to sustainability at this resort.
Definitely! It is one of my favorite resorts.
It's refreshing to see a luxurious property that's also mindful of its environmental impact. Can't wait to visit!
You won't be disappointed. The resort is very well designed and managed.
It's not always easy finding a resort that caters to both adults and children, but it sounds like Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya has nailed it
