This method will not work if your username contains spaces
I know that. I read your reply to Dycee7, three months ago. The problem is my user name is one word. One name, actually. I will try using quotation marks, like lecdrom said in the same reply where you mentioned the need of having the user name without any spaces. Other than that, I really don't know what to do.

By the way, if bitlocker was enabled on the drive (or any other drive encryption method), then this won't work.

It won't work if your username contains spaces and if your usernames are together it will work
It works if you put your username between quotes like this : net user "Your Username"

😢after trouble shoot there is no advance option
Startup setting is there and another one is UEFI setting
What I can do now
You can do it using a bootable Win 11 Pen drive
How can i reset my password

Assuming you successfully logged in after resetting the password, Then try going back to system32 and renaming Utilman back to cmd (like it was previously)
