Yin Yoga is a relaxing and slow paced practice, perfect for every level. This practice focuses on Manipura Chakra (Solar Plexus Chakra) which is linked to our motivation, our willpower and our feeling of self-worth ⚡ Put on some comfortable clothes, maybe light some candles and play relaxing music in the background 🎶 You are in for a treat!
This is a beginner friendly practice. I will give different variations of the asanas (poses) so you can adapt them to your level.
