Exactly this is my morning routine. First I take detox water, walk for half an hour ( while walking I do accupressure at hands, walk backward for sometime, do jogging for sometime), do physical exercises, do shavasan, then I do deep breathing yogas for half an hour, then do exercise of eyes, then take coconut water and after sometime I do my protein breakfast.
