Having grappled with a variety of mental health challenges including trauma, depersonalization/derealization, panic attacks, depression, and various forms of anxiety, I've personally experienced the struggle and desperation these symptoms can cause. Thankfully, I discovered a body-based healing method that not only brought me permanent healing, but also a new sense of purpose - to help others journeying through similar struggles. On this channel, you will find videos centered around mental health issues, strategies to overcome them, and tools to help you build resilience.
By subscribing and hitting that notification bell, you'll be the first to know whenever I release new videos. Every video is designed to empower, educate, and offer practical steps towards healing from trauma and it's associated symptoms.

Thank you, jordan. You give us hope in getting through this 🙏
Spot on Jordan! This is really informative. Thank you!!
Happy to help
Exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks Jordan!
Glad it was helpful!
Very helpful, thanks for making this video! ❤
Absolutely.
How to convince the mind that there is no danger and the nervous system to calm down?
Gradually expose yourself to things that trigger your symptoms. (Going out, socializing, working out etc.)
Hey awesome videos! Currently going theu this right now. I’m a person who loves caffeine and has around 3-600 mg a day and I’m highly sensitive to stimulants. Do you think to be able to fully recover and get in tune with my body I should ween off and stop caffeine all together? Thanks man
Hey good question. We typically reccomend people don't consume caffine during recovery.
Why i see darker in the night?? when it gets darker my vision is pretty bad.. but when it s day my vision is 20/20
is it from dpdr?
Hey Jordan
Can exercise and deep breathing and outing can help?
Thanks for asking. Yes for sure but recovery requires addressing many different factors and having proper co-regulation most of the time but yes those things help.
@@coachjordanhardgrave I started to enjoy things again like playing football and drinking tea and getting ready but I also have some symptoms like how I walk , how I see things but that doesn’t scare me that much any more …
How about it?
I feel the DPDR flare-up after intense workout/exercise with too much muscle breakdown , I guess the brain senses threat/vulnerability ?
I have this exact. Personally I used to be able to go far with my body but since last year DPDR always seem to punish.
My vision and surrounding environment feels like my body. I really don’t know how to explain it
Thanks for sharing.
