The + animatronics are really cool looking and freaky, but I’ll always love the design of the OG animatronics. The fact that they look so similar to IRL animatronics like from Chuck E Cheese makes them even creepier. They’re so lifeless and that makes them scary without needing to “look” scary.
The decision to give chica a dangling puppet instead of her plated cupcake makes so much sense realistically and reminds me so much of the Rolf & Earl show animatronics from Showbiz
I do genuinely love how Each animatronic has its own Creep Factor. Bonnie is Unsettling, as the phone guy put the puppet in FnaF 2, it seems to always be thinking.. Bonnie seems to know something. Freddy's hiding something, You know he is, but he puts on a Face like he isn't. Something no other FNAF game, or any other horror game at all for that matter managed to replicate was atmosphere. Scott took full advantage of the concept of being trapped in a tiny room and invested heavily on the scenario, especially the lighting and camera angles, the sound design.
The original fnaf is way more scary in my opinion, just because they seem so creepy as they make their way to your office to try to kill you, even though they are just loving cute little mascots! The fnaf plus models seem to just be more scary for the sake of being more scary, kinda like the nightmares.
I totally agree, and even the nightmares as their names tells us were designed to be creepy because they were deformation of the orginal from the mind of a traumatized child who had nightmares about them. Here, in fnaf + there's not even a justification.
One of the biggest improvements is that Bonnie hangs behind a window now. It’s so frustrating watching newer players have no idea where he is, because they don’t know to look for the shadow.
I remember in 2014 when I was 4 I was playing fnaf on my iPad and I would just hold the doors closed and look at the cameras now looking at the remodeled one it takes me back.
I think what makes FNAF plus cool is that it reinvokes the old magic of not knowing what the hell is going on cause in the first game there where random things that happened (like golden Freddy) and animatronics entering your office but the game has been cracked open and every facet of the ai and random events is understood and documented this reinvokes that magic by things happening that you don’t know how to counter
Honestly I don't really know why they make them so scary in the plus, they were designed for children, I definitely wouldn't let my kids near that thing if it looks like one in the plus
i really love the redesigns in fnaf plus. like the silhouette is closer to ones youd see in real life, but still stick close to their OG designs. like exposed joints and stuff. plus they gave chica SHORTS 😭!!!! like to match toy chica!!!
One thing about Bonnie is that on stage he has a big and wider smile when he performing, because he is meant to be entertaining, but when it’s night we never see this big smile, just his teeth put together. This is their way to imply that bonnie was made to look friendly to children, but not to us playing the video game, which breaks the illusion. As opposed to bonnie who’s design looked creepy and friendly both ways
These designs are cool and all but they lack subtlety, they aren’t as uncanny as they are monstrous. It’s hard to imagine a child wanting to be around them lol
In an OG fnaf fan been a fan since 2014 when the first game came out. I was disappointed at the trailer to what we got. This is much scarier improvement

Check out the fnaf jrs bonnie bro 💀
Bro Bonnie at the door boutta give me a heart attack
I remember in 2014 when I was 4 I was playing fnaf on my iPad and I would just hold the doors closed and look at the cameras now looking at the remodeled one it takes me back.
I think what makes FNAF plus cool is that it reinvokes the old magic of not knowing what the hell is going on cause in the first game there where random things that happened (like golden Freddy) and animatronics entering your office but the game has been cracked open and every facet of the ai and random events is understood and documented this reinvokes that magic by things happening that you don’t know how to counter
phils talent is absolutely INSANE
So true lol im kinda sad that he is only gonna remake fnaf 1
I love the old ones, close to kids and not scary design
Not scary design?? You see Chica, Foxy Bonnie and Freddy?
@@joaoguilherme8400 Not much scary, sorry:)
These would be good animatronics for kids if they weren’t so dirty and damaged, and didn’t have those creepy poses.
Honestly I don't really know why they make them so scary in the plus, they were designed for children, I definitely wouldn't let my kids near that thing if it looks like one in the plus
The old designs will always be the best, but damn these are amazing as well
I feel like original fnaf masterfully plays with lightning and shadows. It's like it's own art
Remember folks.
There'd be no PLUS.
If there wasent Five nights at Freddy's.
Same goes for Jr's (because I mentioned Jr's in my comment).
*FNAF 1:* How the kids see the animatronics
*FNAF PLUS:* How the parents of their kids or anyone else see the animatronics
i really love the redesigns in fnaf plus. like the silhouette is closer to ones youd see in real life, but still stick close to their OG designs. like exposed joints and stuff. plus they gave chica SHORTS 😭!!!! like to match toy chica!!!
As interesting that this one looks, the old one had a nostalgic charm to it.
Nostalgia is always bad.
The FNAF+ animatronics look more accurate to their FNAF 2 counterparts
The song fits so well good job!
Children wouldn’t eat at this Pizzeria 💀
I just love that there's an animation when they attack
These designs are cool and all but they lack subtlety, they aren’t as uncanny as they are monstrous. It’s hard to imagine a child wanting to be around them lol
Fnaf + wouldn't work as a real kids pizza place because DAMN
Those guys are terrifying
Not really tons of real animatronic mascots were but kids didn’t care because it entertains them.
Man time pass, all those generations that saw fnaf grow until this point.I'm really proud to born in this time :)
In an OG fnaf fan been a fan since 2014 when the first game came out. I was disappointed at the trailer to what we got. This is much scarier improvement
I love how when we first saw the fnaf characters we thought "they look so creepy how would this place be for kids" well these fnaf plus characters make the originals like adorable plushies
Fnaf Plus is going to be incredible.
I can’t help but to watch this over and over again on how amazing it looks
very frightening id never wanna go to fnaf plus for my bday
this is hard to choose because how iconic the first one is but the horror element from the second one is so good, but I think I’ll go with the first one because it’s so iconic
I think that the plus models are a bit too creepy. I get that that’s the point, but the old ones are just the right amount of creepy to the point that I could see children still liking them. The plus models would give anyone and everyone nightmares.
