He's doing nothing. I can't see that he plays like Lebron. He seems so nervous. He has less talent, less strength, less speed, less skill, and less everything. @matthewgilfus1640 completely oblivious. This is what happens when your kid is in front of a bright LED screen and video games all day. Common sense & awareness is lacking severely.
@@matthewgilfus1640for real. i would have a field day playing off ball with lebron facilitating, back door cuts, screens, he’s such a good playmaker that you don’t even have to be good to score off his assists. just understanding spacing and how the defense reacts is enough to average a smooth 8-10 points. not even mentioning being dudes son, it’s like lebron didn’t teach him shit at all.
@@matthewgilfus1640He can't really get game from LeBron because their two different play types and structures Similarities But very different Bronny should watch prototype guards like D Rose. Bronny has the speed and athleticism like D Rose and Westbrook but he's not utilizing it because he's still trying to grasp all of this. It's too many variables too put on Bronny to say he's 'trash' yet but I think he could be a solid PG on a contending roster in the future
The sad thing is, a lot of this just looks like pure lack of effort. Now, don’t get me wrong, Bronny is barely talented enough for high Division 1 ball, let alone the NBA. But in this analysis, he had multiple opportunities to make a play if he had just put a little more effort in. Hustle!!! But instead he just plays lazy which makes him look as bad as he is. I had a friend in high school who was actually pretty terrible at basketball. But the way he hustled and went all out on every play made him look a lot better than he actually was. Bronny is already undersized. He can’t shoot. If he’s going to make it in this league, he’s going to have to become an elite on-ball defender and start slashing to the basket. He’s athletic enough. But if he continues with this level of effort, he’s going to be retiring right alongside his father.
He's trying to play the game the right way but doesn't have enough skill and experience to do so. There is a problem with 'basketball IQ' that nobody seems to acknowledge. Basketball IQ doesn't exist in a vacuum. You need to have talent, proper coaching, and experience FIRST, then your IQ can shine through... You can't play high IQ basketball out of the gate with no foundation, which is what's happening to Bronny... He's trying to make the high IQ plays when his jumper isn't even respected, so teams defend him accordingly and force him into plays instead of other way around. When it comes to effort that is pure will power and hunger... Some players may lack talent but they'll keep attacking the rim every game 15 times hard until they get like 10 free throws... Bronny doesn't have that element and probably never will. There's no reason for him to leave his body out there on the floor when he knows he already made it in his mind. He was famous before he went pro, he's a millionare that will inherit a billion dollar empire, his mind doesn't see a reason to get out of any comfort zone that he's playing in.
That's exactly where Bronny James belongs. He has no business being on an NBA court taking away from the opportunities of other more deserving players. What a disgrace.
Yep. At Bronny’s size, at the very least, you need to be a very quick very aggressive defender who can get steals. Haven’t seen that out of him, and ideally, he needs to have a really good three-point shot. He’s not big, so he can’t overpower people, but he does have somewhat of a muscular athletic build at his height, so if he would just develop a very good shot and then occasionally, beat someone off a quick dribble to the hole, he could be a very good complementary player. The problem is, he just doesn’t have any of these skills, and with him being that short compared to other players, it’s just not a good look. He’s not aggressive. He just trots down the court. There’s no sense of urgency. He’s just a sweet kid, he is not ready for the NBA. Magic Johnson was right. He needs to go somewhere and develop. Really, he needs to go to the D League first and build up his confidence. Then, he can go to the G league, and then maybe he will be ready to be a role-player on someone’s team.
It’s still early, but his game definitely doesn’t look like deserves to be in NBA. Give him some time to develop into something. If he can end up getting down the basics, become even an average offensive player then he could eventually help a team on defense. Has has shown glimpses of being an above average defender, but his offensive game is so bad right now even if he was an elite defender he would still be hurting the team as worst offensive player in the league.
We all know Bronny's real talent is playing videogames. He is only playing basketball because he has to for his father's ego. It's clear Bronny does not cut if for the NBA. He wasn't even good in college.
This whole situation is going to get increasingly awkward for everyone involved. I felt like the Suns players were trying to hide their laughter when he was in the game
I think the problem is that Bronny is trying to be a 3 and D player without the 3. And without the shooting touch you have to have an insanely high bball IQ which Bronny doesn’t have either.
Bronny has zero points, how can that be? Is he is missing his shots. No, hes literally just standing there watching everyone play, he has the best seat in the house.
"Please sprint. Run your lane." "You're just standing. Don't clog the spacing" These are something the Laker's coching staff could say to Bronny to help him play better.
@@Icecube88 he's the only nba player thats objectively worse than caitlin clark. He's hard to watch. it's basic fundamentals that he lacks. Honestly, like the lack of sprinting up the floor in transition is pretty bizarre when you think about it. Even average high school players understand this. That's the problem he doesnt understand basic fundamentals right now. Contrary to what people think that aspect is whats likely gonna prevent him from becoming a decent player rather than his lack of size. The way he plays even if he was 6 8 he would struggle.

Less talent and less size.
If Bron was 6'3 and didn't really have IQ. The athleticism and bowlegged ass run is there tho
The younger son looks better than Bronny. Bronny watches too much of his dad's modern game, thinking he can get away with it. Sadly mistaken.
He's doing nothing. I can't see that he plays like Lebron. He seems so nervous. He has less talent, less strength, less speed, less skill, and less everything. Not just compared to Lebron, but but compared to all NBA pro players. He should get a little bit of a chance though. So much pressure, and he's nervous. It won't matter, but I hope he works on his game at least and feels a little better. He'll still get killed, but I don't think it's right to pile on him too much now. It's understandable that he's in a tough spot.

They should both be fired. The fact that someone can get an NBA contract because they're someone's son is a disgrace to professional sports.
1:55 This is actually strange to see in an NBA game. Where tf are you going?
I swear. It's like he's never watched his father, LeBron James, play basketball before and has no idea what Lebron's game is.
I never realized how not knowing how to move off ball can prove detrimental to the team's spacing as a whole
@@matthewgilfus1640He can't really get game from LeBron because their two different play types and structures
Similarities
But very different
Bronny should watch prototype guards like D Rose. Bronny has the speed and athleticism like D Rose and Westbrook but he's not utilizing it because he's still trying to grasp all of this.
It's too many variables too put on Bronny to say he's 'trash' yet but I think he could be a solid PG on a contending roster in the future
You should be JJs anger translator like Luther since we know he won't have the stones to say it himself lol

No, a Hugh Hefner party.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's exactly where Bronny James belongs. He has no business being on an NBA court taking away from the opportunities of other more deserving players. What a disgrace.
Bronny wasn’t invited 🤣
Uh oh time to turn the volume down.
Too true.
I did, too.
