Great video. I've been dipping my toe into Dropshipping over the last few months. The main thing I've been "struggling" with in regards to this business is developing a "workflow". For example if you have a personal product then the game is marketing and advertising to sell your product, but with drop shipping you are essentially trying to discover a winning product. Curious if you would be willing to share your day to day work flow.
From my experiencing in dropshipping. Three things to know. #1 Make sure your supplier is iron clad and will support your business. #2 Avoid dropshipping expensive items or anything that weights over 5lbs. #2 Avoid products that are saturated.
"Make sure your supplier is iron clad and will support your business." I´m an aged experienced entrepreneur and this quote is so true ! I once started an import business in Sweden that grew exponentially. Initially I used a well established "iron clad" purchasing agent from Taiwan that skillfully supported my business to source products such that I could distribute and gain market in Sweden. That worked well for some time while I had low margins and low costs, but eventually I realized that while my infrastructural costs increased as my company rapidly grew the agents high margins prevented me competing successfully with my competitors. Accordingly I founded my own purchasing company in Hong Kong where I hired my own purchasing engineer and shipping clerk and gave them responsibilities for building up my purchasing company. The efficiency in that concept proved to be outstanding as the people I employed in Hong Kong were both reliable and skilled. Therefore I highly recommend to use vertical integration of the business chain for Your business IF You have been able to hire reliable people. The larger part of the vertical integration chain You control and the BETTER You control it the more successful You will be. Note the importance of having good control of that business chain. It´s not easy as it´s difficult to find and keep reliable people ! IMHO.
If you do textiles or apparel, you might want to look into Biden's recent adjustments to the de minimis exemption for drop shippers to keep more harmful items from being imported. I think the threshold is being lowered, or will no longer apply to clothing. It won't be exempt from some fees and material disclosures now. Then tRump and his tariffs are going to blow up the entire trade system.😢 Hold on tight!

Content is so good that I had to subscribe immediately. I am doing dropshipping because it will always be viable since people need to buy things. If you can find good products and make your store appealing, you will be really successful. My strategy is to use some product search tools (my favorite is using a little bit of winnerzila. I love how affordable their lifetime plan is, I paid it off on one week). If someone is wondering, my favorite niches are pets and electronics, you can always have good money in these.

i like the way that you're not trying to leech off your viewers by promoting some website you have gained my sub i will continue to watch your content and maybe learn something. just one question surely you don't just use paid ads and Organic marketing as the only means to reach out. in my personal opinion you have to have more data about the product and users. i am not asking to tell us your exact marketing strategy but do tell what kind of sources helped you if any book which one because purchasing mindset changes from generation to generation and a lot of content out there has become obsolete.

I think everything is viable but just need to find the working strategy or niche. We need to adapt as the market changes. Same with Amazon. Right now, I’m testing different dropshipping strategies.

@@ApprenticeDiary i used the bonus given by the ads company i know that tiktok for exemple was giving half of what you spent , and i used a google coupon to pay only 500 euros and on 1000 euros credits ( it lasted one month ) , i just tried facebook and google ads ( most sucessfull was google shopping and pmax shopping) . it's a pain to install pixel on shopify and tracking for those ads company . Google is really tempering the result , my campaign got flagged at the start because i was using an existing domain name that got sandboxed... i could make it run with pmax shopping only i never had better result than when my website was flagged by google after speaking with a rep to unlock it , it lasted 1 week and become crap afterward.
I saw that you should run a creative for about three days to test and if no good result, then you should test with other creatives. 3-4 creatives at a time to compare and turn off the ones that suck

Do not dropship on Amazon! It’s against their terms and they will figure it out and suspend your account and lock your capital. I haven’t done dropshipping via eBay. Safer to have your own website and drive traffic there but definitely more capital spent for marketing.

Have you tried organic marketing? Try perfecting your viral content and see if you could get some following and sales that way. Build up the cash and then test ads again using your best performing organic content
I think it’s better to pace them out so you aren’t overwhelming your audience with a bunch of content. Ppl don’t get to even digest them properly. You could do five a day if you want and see if there is a difference. Quality over quantity.

Your method is really expensive. You have to pay for a lot of stuff before the business even makes a single dollat. I want to start dropshipping bc I don’t have any money, so I need to know how to start a successful dropshipping business with zero money. If I had a lot of money I would do exactly what you’re saying, which is exactly the same as everybody else pushing paid ads, paid websites, etc on youtube..
Fair. In that case, i would probably try to make a few $$ first and then do print-on-demand. That's one side hustle that I think require the least amount of capital since you only pay when a user buy. If I were you, I will try selling stuff I dont need on eBay or FB Marketplace and then use that money to do print on demand.

Best person to ask is consulting with a business lawyer and a CPA. That's how I learn by talking with a bunch of them while I decide if I want to go with them.

Yes, you can sign up for Shopify for like a $1 and then cancel after testing for a few weeks
I have issue in shopify payment method how can I use stripe or any payment method, they need official account, so how can I use a payment method without open official brand license?

I’m also trying the drop-shipping business model. Now, I’m not a graphic designer or have the capital to pay upwards of $500 for someone to build a Shopify store. I’m thinking of dropshipping on Amazon or eBay, since there’s no need to create or market my store. What are your thoughts on that?
Do not dropship on Amazon! It’s against their terms and they will figure it out and suspend your account and lock your capital. I haven’t done dropshipping via eBay. Safer to have your own website and drive traffic there but definitely more capital spent for marketing.

@@ApprenticeDiary Dropshipping. Tbh i didn't have enough money to run the ads properly. Now I am broke af. But dropshpping is not dead. I able to get some orders but that was unprofitable.
Have you tried organic marketing? Try perfecting your viral content and see if you could get some following and sales that way. Build up the cash and then test ads again using your best performing organic content

Can I post more than 3 tik toks ? i cross share them to ig and YT so if I make 5 tik toks that’s 15 a day instead of 9 almost double.
I think it’s better to pace them out so you aren’t overwhelming your audience with a bunch of content. Ppl don’t get to even digest them properly. You could do five a day if you want and see if there is a difference. Quality over quantity.

Your method is really expensive. You have to pay for a lot of stuff before the business even makes a single dollat. I want to start dropshipping bc I don’t have any money, so I need to know how to start a successful dropshipping business with zero money. If I had a lot of money I would do exactly what you’re saying, which is exactly the same as everybody else pushing paid ads, paid websites, etc on youtube..
Fair. In that case, i would probably try to make a few $$ first and then do print-on-demand. That's one side hustle that I think require the least amount of capital since you only pay when a user buy. If I were you, I will try selling stuff I dont need on eBay or FB Marketplace and then use that money to do print on demand.
