    Ingredients for 16 calzones:
    - 900g / 32oz all-purpose flour
    - 24g / 0.85oz baking powder
    - 24g / 0.85oz himalayan salt
    - 600ml / 20oz yogurt (you can use greek yogurt)
    - 150ml / 5oz sunflower oil
    - 1 egg yolk & 2 tbsp of milk for the glaze
    - sesame seeds
    - meat & cheese by choice (usually what i find in the fridge)
    - 2 tbsp of cream cheese
    - 2 tbsp of ketchup
    - italian seasoning mixture
