Hii mam..i have few doubts regarding MRCP.. 1.after passing MRCP part 1,2 ,paces do we have to take any formal training like MD/MS in India or just passing the examination is sufficient to get the degree? 2.What is the next step after passing the examination? Is it sufficient getting a job or training in UK is necessary?

can we examine the patient from the left side as well..I mean what can we do if the patients bed is against the wall..since moving it is definitely not a good idea as mentioned.
Hi John I would never examine a patient from the left side.I am right handed and trying to examine the reflexes from the left side would be nothing short of a disaster. You have to think on your feet.The bed is immobile, the patient isn't. In PACES exam , usually you will get a stable patient who is not too unwell. So, I would very politely ask the patient if it was alright to turn so that I can be on the right side.
