I must of blinked when you did the hook up of the two lower arms of the 3 point! Actually I think you edited right by that step, the step I really need to see!!
We just did that very thing. Dropped the tiller 2 inches to peel the sod off, cleared the sod with bucket and then tilled the virgin ground about 6 inches. worked like a charm. Slip clutch worked perfectly when we encountered a few bigger rocks.
@troyapple Land Pride is sold locally by the John Deere dealer and they don't keep implements long either. I am surprised that they didn't include a box blade in the package made by Land Pride. The Bush Hog is from John Deere and the tractor.
I was wondering if this would be a good choice for preparing and leveling my yard (really just a field) for reseeding? The yard has lots of tire tracks, small ruts etc.. I don't have a disc or anything.
why no hydraulic top linkage on the 3point?? personally i wouldn't use a tractor without it, it just makes attatching and detatching attatchments so much easier.
Got all that red clay here in Oklahoma, too. Just finished Master Gardening school. Need to amend your soil with compost/manure. You'll be able to grow anything in a year. Till three inches of compost/manure into that clay! Thanks for the video. I need to get one of those tillers. Are they rated at engine horsepower or PTO horsepower?
The engine and PTO are usually pretty close until you get to very large tractors, but if the difference is enough to make you choose between to tillers, base your decision off of the PTO HP rating, that is how the gearboxes are rated.
Man he was hauling ass on the last couple passes. I always go slower 1 time and that's all I have had to do. I'm curious if I've been doing it wrong. Which my dirt isn't as much the red as it is black.
I bought a used 48" tiller with no manual it's called a prokut is that the same tiller as kingkutter can't find any info on it some stickers are missing
Plz dont be to harsh...Im a farmer "wanna be"..LOL..so the only thing I know is what I see from your videos on youtube....how much does a tractor like that cost? plus the attachments that your videos demonstrate? and does it pay for itself if you w/ the "fruits" of your labor?
Hi, thanks for the reply.....yes is odd the only video I really wanted/needed to see (as I just bought your YJR-074) is of course the only one that has no volume on my pc.....ha....BTW your videos are very nice

Just purchased this… thanks for taking the time to share
Could you guys buy a dozen 8 - 12" rocks and salt them in your fields so us New Englanders can see a little of how your implements would work up here?
Thank you very much for this video excellent explanations. I like the slipping clutch, for we broke our shaft many times without it!
I like the work that tiller has done with that bad dirt. I hate working in clay soil and glad we have the brown top soil here in Arkansas.
So easy to use just setting on the tractor lol I really like my tiller 😁
I want to see it take a plot of lawn from turf to seed bed.
Would also like to see how it fares in New England's often boney soil.

Good info on slipclutch. Thanks.

Very hard to push the button in on mine. Like the spring is too strong. Almost need pliers.
The blades are small fortune when time to change tines
And I enjoyed the video to
