To @Trippee (or whatever you spell it) my advice to you is to go to Japan first, I repeat GO TO JAPAN FIRST.
You will love the culrural shock and that's what travelling is really about.
If you make Sosúa and place like that you're priority, you might just end up like me, that is with a s.e.x tourist mindset and your preference for s.e.x weighing more that your preference for travelling.
Nothing really wrong with that except that, in my opinion, you're bound to have a short list of travelling destination that consist of Pattaya, Sosúa, Medellin,Cartagena, Rio de Janeiro and a few more.
Learn Japanese and go to Japan or South Korean or whatever country or city that is not a s.e.x tourist haven.
If you're still young under 30 yo (arbitrary number) try to book a room in hostels (at least the first few days of you trip) so that you can meet real travelers and make international friends and good memories. You sound like you're not from the hood so you"ll blend in more easily with the normal crowd.
You would still be able to have s.e.x but you'll have to use your best game to date normal girls be it fellow travelers or locals.
PLEASE, PLEASE, if you"re under 30 or even early 30, forget about place like Sosúa unless you struggle really hard to get a girlfriend in real life. But I would still strongly recommend you explore Japan before any s.e.x tourist deatination.
