Another thing you could have tried is using the chameleon powder on the edges of the mold first (difficult without getting it in the middle too, I know, but doable) then laying down your clear and inlay but instead of filling the whole back with black, only filling in the actual inlay (also difficult, I'm aware) in the chameleon powder and black. Then give another thin coat of UV resin and then a full coat of a different chameleon powder and one last thin layer of black. Much more of an involved project but I think it would look spectacular, especially if you mottled the colors like you did on a few of these. Of course, you can ignore me, lol. 😅👍

Q. Fiberglass resin, how similar to other resins is this? It’s a definite wear all safety precautions.
These are so cool! I love the ghosts and the scull. I've done something similar with silicone stamps, but these are more detailed, for sure. I wish you'd used the sugar scull, though, it looked amazing.

How cute!! I love the bottles and the ghosties equally!! They all came out fantastic!! Oh girl I figured out a way to make it look like trees in the background behind the inlays!! I just did a coaster video showing it and I was shocked how gorgeous they look!! It's truly mind blowing!! I think you would love it!! But these are just adorable!! I love them! ❤❤❤❤🤗

Oh I love!! I saw someone use Epsom salts in resin this week and it looks a little like the cling wrap Technique - not sure if you have tried it before x

Is the polyurethane resin black, or did you add pigment?

I've read that the polyurethane resins need to be oil-based not water-based to adhere to epoxy resin. Is this the same with UV resin?
The mold is from Temu as it's in my stash as well. I'm going to use my leaf silicone inlays and hope for something half as cute as these!

So I did this with my silicone stamps fhat go on an acrylic block and good news it works!
