Thanks for the hint with the ingredient placement for the brownie mix. I had so much trouble with mine mixing correctly that I al most gave up on it! I think this is also why my brownies didn’t turn out well at all in my brownie pan.
I hope you try again. Once you learn the product it is pretty great! It took me a few times to get it down. If you have any other questions please just ask.
In the directions for the brownie pan, it says to remove them immediately after taking them out of the oven. Mine don’t want to come out in one piece and/or don’t want to release from the pan at all. What am I doing wrong? Could you demonstrate using the brownie and brownie bites pan maybe?
Thank you for this video! Very well done! I came here to see if I was doing something wrong with the product. Too bad the bottom seal leaks on mine after two uses. I end up with quite a puddle of water and oil on my counter. I really wanted this to work out for my cupcakes!
The pancake character at the beginning was to show the difference in size between the 3 dispense settings when making pancakes. It also depends on the thickness of your batter but gives you a good idea... my husband just got a little carried away. I would contact your consultant and exchange it for a new one. It shouldn't do that.
I usually add 1 small box of pudding mix with 1 box of cake mix, would that be too much for the batter dispencer?
Truth I am not sure. It is full when you do a full cake mix. So you may have to mix it some and then slowly add in the box of pudding.

Is that metal bar in the center supposed to come out of the top?
It will slide out, just make sure to know how to put the pieces back on.
Wow - no wonder I broke my first one. So many things done wrong!
This made me laugh out loud! Haha I am happy I can help with your new one.
