Get a independent final inspection, the builder will say you don’t need one because it’s a new build but they will look for things you wouldn’t think to look for. I recently purchased a new build and got a inspection and it’s the best money I ever spent.

For Ziya’s pencil position there are special pencil grips that my mom used for me when I was her age. My mom teaches 3 year olds and she still uses them with her students now. I think it will help her a lot.

Surely Raven herself would be horrified that any viewer of hers would even think to do such a thing. Also, it reflects obsessive behaviour and obsession is a mental disorder that's very serious. In other words, youtubers definitely don't want anyone with an obsessive disorder around them. So rethink what you said.
We just moved in our new house two weeks ago and I found lots of small things that the builder had to fix. Definitely protect yourself!!!

I like doing a cashew sauce for a dairy free creamy pasta sauce. I thought it would be super labor intensive, but it’s super quick and flavorful.

I just live for these kind of videos... Keep up the good work and inspiring us single parents all over the globe. Sometimes our kids can be a little bit spoilt but I think it's because they are overwhelmed with so much love from a mum who's so strong, but it's the best thing ever.

I just wanted to say the purpose of the walk through is for the little things they need to fix before closing, but really looking at the fridge area and how it’s not right it’s a good thing you’re catching it now so that way they got a few days ahead of the walkthrough to get it together. You’re right too much money for it not to be right.

I'm late but I think it's really cool that you allow ziya to go to school some days and you personally homeschool her other days. Being a youtuber isn't your typical 9-5, but a job is a job, and jobs are draining in several ways. A lot of moms find it difficult to hold on to their individual identity whilst being a full-time mom. I babysat a kid who was in school from 8-5, and then I'd baby sit her from 5-8, and by then it was her bed time. LONG STORY SHORT, I'm proud of you for making the time to bond with your kid. Some parents can't do that w. Their jobs bc it's hard to know what to sacrifice, being a mom is hard, let alone a single mom. I salute you.

You sold me on FabFitFun. I make my own vegan alfredo sauce with unsweetened almond milk, nutritional yeast, and vegan mozzarella. It's an interesting taste so you have to play around with your seasons to make it taste as good as you want it to taste. If you want to thicken it add some chickpea flour and constantly stir it.
You can make your own cashew Alfredo real quick. Cashew, lemon,garlic, salt, pepper water - blend and pour over pasta.
