- Trying to do better in 2020! For those of you who are new, I'm a full-time content creator who is a single mom to a three-year old. My new morning routine includes getting up earlier, not checking my phone first thing in the morning, and overall just trying to be more productive and more mindful about my self-care. Forgot to specifically mention that I also let Bougie out of the laundry room when I feed him. He doesn't get locked up in there all day, he just sleeps in there at night! I know someone is gonna assume and get mad lol

I watch Raven Videos my older cousin Aunti and her mother N law love her vlogs Ziyah is getting prettier by the minute and I love how efficient and motivated Raven Elyse has us yess sis! I was sitting here 2am in the morning in this hoarder room and said yeah IMa def go to bed get up early start my day and get into regimen and routine 21-50 up whether you are a mom or not I love how you make your days life relatable to us all not all can do that! u go girl!!!

As usual, you're a wonderful mum. I think implementing now this kind of routine will help a lot when she'll be going to elementary school, less stress for both of you.
This was so Relaxing and Calming to watch. And even if it’s not realistic everyday, I’m sure it helps other young mothers develop a routine so their mornings aren’t so chaotic.
Crazy as I watch and just realize the growth & how challenging it may have been before and still can be but you do it, do it well from what I see & by your self. I aspire to do the same, going through a lot as a single parent as well but having to deal with toxic people makes it no better. Still remaining positive in hopes things will get better though. Videos are very encouraging as well

Hey Raven, stretching before you get out of bed, really helps the body. A yoga instructor told me that back in the 8th grade. I'm 26 now, and it still works. Try it
I used to wake up feeling sore and achy. I bought a cervical pillow from Amazon for my neck and it's helped me out so much! I even sleep better and deeper because my spine is aligned.
I need to look into this!

Cynthia Sakala I got the Coisum cervical pillow. And you can side sleep too. Like even doing stretches or yoga in the morning was uncomfortable because my body just felt terrible.

Hey raven, i was a single mom for years and i wanted to thank you for bring light to the struggles and the positives of having to do it all. Their never anyone giving us accolades for doing what we do but the reward is worth it. Mines is now 21 at FSU. And she knows that i did it all for her. Keep doing what you do, it will all pay off for ziya. Were siletting the bar how were focusing on the positives not the blaming and negatives. Black girl magic! 😘

Honestly with a wonderful mom and just a genuine and amazing woman like Raven in her life, I can understand why Ziya is more organized than me lol❤ Yall are on top of it and I just get positive vibes and nothing else from your videos! It’s so hard some mornings, but getting up early makes things so much easier. My 5 and 2 year old get up between 6 and 6:30am (they are in bed by 7pm week nights) so getting up before them is something I’ve been trying to work on the past few weeks and it’s BRUTAL 😂

I get my daughter’s clothes out the night before, and it helps in the mornings. She wears uniform Monday-Thursday, and Friday is her dress down day, but getting her clothes out the night before and ironing them helps immensely.
I wish I had more time to do more for more self like doing my hair and makeup. Can't wait to be a full time content creator. I have to get up at 5am to get me and my 2 year old ready for our week. I guess that's bc I work a 9-5 but soon I'll be working for myself! This is just motivating.

I love this. I actually deactivated my Instagram, and I dont pick up my phone first thing in the morning, and honestly it's made such a difference in my day, as well as mentally.

Do a night routine as well plz, this morning routine was so helpful and I will be doing these things throughout the week especially on school days because I normally get up after 7 and school for me starts at 8:25 so I normally reach early, but I make my sister reach late to her school. (srry sis)
