I know your comment is a year old but how do you like the paddle shifters? Have they held up? And do they still have the same smooth actuation as the OEM ones?

Thank you, no they don’t. If you already have shifters installed you just simply replace them.

Hey I got an auto F56 2016 S. Mine doesn't have paddles. Did they start doing paddles in later years?
It's an optional extra, mine is from 2015 and has paddle shifters
can I install this on my 2015 mini cooper F55 (not the S model)?
Yes, both S and standard models are supported.
@@paddleshifterz does it need a tune or configuration, or is it just plug and play? (note: my mini does not come with paddle shifters from the factory)
@@orlandovaldes186 they only fit on the Sport Automatic gearbox wich always have paddles. If you don't have paddles you don't have the sport automatic so they won't fit.

200 euros is quite steep for such a basic item.
Not at all, you'll end up using and loving them every day. 😉 Guaranteed. We spent a lot of time designing and testing our shifters to make sure it doesn't matter where you interact with them, they'll do their job properly, all the time. Otherwise what would be the point? 🤷🏻 Plus, if you are not satisfied with them, you can send them back and we give your money back.
@@paddleshifterz I like that reply , it always good when a business demonstrates their value so clearly like you've just done , good on you . Seems like a robust product and if it lasts the lifetime of the car the price would justify that end. I think my favourite one is your silver aluminium one since it highlights the superior quality and look of the actual material, which you are using otherwise apart from size they would look indifferent . I had aluminium shifters on my jaguar F type and loved the feeling, so would love to get these on the JCW once she is bought ❤️

Just curious, can you just do this to get paddle shifting function for your car?? Or does your car have to be paddle-shift already installed?
If you don't have the shifters installed from factory, you need to retrofit them first (and of course do some coding). Once you have them you can replace them for our shifters. :)
Can i put on 2010 mini cooper r 56 ?
Hello, unfortunately no. Only for 3rd gen MINIs (F Series)
