Maybe you've covered this, idk yet, but I'd like to learn more about what can be done with dynamic tension or "isometrics" (of the sort used effectively by Charles Atlas). Apparently Rocky Marciano and Muhammad Ali, among other athletes, used this approach. 'Can you make gains if you just use opposing muscles?', and 'how to do it right' would be interesting.

Why no protein powder? Is there a specific reason or you just don't think its necessary? I realize that the bro science about needing 1 to 1.5 x our bodyweight in grams of protein a day is nonsense but I was just curious if there was another reason for it.

Great informative video. Curious as to why no protein powders in your smoothies, and what your typical daily diet consists of. When I lived in NYC I used to eat at Eva's Health Food restaurant on 8th st. Falafel, hummus, chicken and brown rice, fish etc. I sure miss that place. Have you ever eaten there?
