Very cool. I've followed your steps wet sanding, and it's worked flawlessly. Ive done most of my sanding with a small palm sander using mostly 3000 grit and polished from there. Nothing is perfect, but it's a great turnaround. Love all the videos as of late. Thank you Brian.
Appreciate the time and effort you put into all your videos Brian. Always good to see the shop manager keeping and eye on you. Have a good Christmas from Wales UK
So on the big scratches, can you use touch up paint to fill them or do you just need to have it resprayed? I've watched a lot of videos of you doing touch up jobs and it looked good!
I am surprised you jump from 1500 to compound. I always do 1500, 2000, 3000 then compound. On some paints like Audis and BMW even that is hard, maybe Chrysler paint is very soft? I never get these brands for paint correction.
Hold off the visit to the body shop....you can do this as well.

Its really not scary after you have done it a few times.

Huge difference, thanks Brian 👍😁
Awesome work Brian. My favorite type of video.
I used the Turtle Wax scratch kit for the first time the other day. Very good product. Again I'm really liking these videos. Thank you.
Much more to come...stay tuned!
WOW! That turtle wax clearcoat is amazing!! I need to get my hands on that!
Hold up....I also have another version coming soon. It is great to have options. :)

My pleasure!
Toujours intéressant félicitation
again Brian, REAL WORLD excellent videos, when are you gonna do some rim curb rash repairs...
Brian, Great video. Just curious to know what pad you used with 303 compound?
For me it all depends on the hardness or the clear coat I am working on.

Would you always jump straight to polishing after 1500 grit? Or is it sometimes necessary to sand with maybe 3000 before polishing?

Exactly...this clear is medium....polishes out easily.
Would have loved to see how many microns you had before and after using 1500. With paint gauge…
I do exactly that in an upcoming video....stay tuned.
