How to repair Ulka EX5 pump

This is a basic repair guide for any vibration pump for example any Ulka brand type and similar ones too. In this case I'll show which part needs replacing in case of wear or damage which results in slowly loosing pressure or not creating pressure at all. In some cases the pump seems to work correctly while not putting load on it, with load it looses power and not able to create enough pressure.
