This virtual walkthrough of Bellingham’s severe weather shelter (SWS) explains what shelter guests can expect for the 2024-2025 winter season. It is operated by Whatcom County Health and Community Services. This year we have partnered with Lutheran Community Services Northwest to operate out of their space at 925 N.
