The Cure marked the 30th anniversary of their landmark album, Disintegration, with a series of performance at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia. Over the course five nights, Robert Smith and co. treated fans to a full performance of the album in addition to rarities and B-sides. As always, all songs were cleaned up and remastered by yours truly.

Big appreciation for this, you mixing these songs. Homesick is my favourite song and for me it was really sad that it was mixed like shite when they played it. Simon's bass being super low volume and then suddenly someone remembered he was playing the main part and decided to make it louder, you really notice the change and it's a shame because they actually played it really well that time. They don't seem to like the song, never play it, so it was a shame. Once again, much appreciated.

This is the only BEH remaster I've listened to so far - and I'm wondering why he bothered. If this is a "live performance" worthy of the description, it's hard to tell, because every instrument sounds like a sample - a badly-edited sample in the case of the rhythm guitar. And Robert sounds like the tired old man that he is. Listen to this, then listen to a bit of The Same Deep Water from one of the better-quality 1989 live tapes (Hamburg for instance)...there really is no comparison.
