Suggestion. You should reach out to Adam at ZFG Racing. He just tuned a BRaptor with just an intake and E50 he was able to make 550 WHP. That’s almost as much WHP as a 392 Wrangler with a blower… Ford went crazy with the Turbo headroom on the Braptor. I’m at 400 WHP with my 2.7L, but don’t have much left until I upgrade my Turbos.
Did you really have to do all that trimming? You since the sensor it's behind a plastic cover. I know it sucks to do that all over again but I would've put the shutters and grill back on and do a quick test drive.

To mount the ACC bracket there you have to trim all that out. It simply doesn’t fit.
