When I hear that theme music, it somehow gives me nostalgia for something that I've yet to experience.
One thing I've noticed about MDE and especially world peace is their ability to mold charicatures of real human archetypes really well. It makes it so much funnier but also so much more real and depressing in the long run.
I've noticed this, and also another thing about them (which is kinda unrelated, yet still also consistent throughout their stuff) is their taste in visual and musical art. It is actually really beautiful stuff. For example the animations and 3D art and weird long text between sketches. It's content that you would not expect to see in a goofy sketch comedy show. I think these two things are indicators that MDE is not your average sketch comedy group. There is a whole lot more under the surface. They put so much work into this show.

Orgasmically aesthetic show I honestly admire the genius creativity behind the style they are going for. It’s very aggressive 3rd eye open fever dream acid trip style it’s to die for truly masters of their craft there is few if nothing to compare it too loiter squad is tame in comparison and I get the jokes they are not hard to understand but I just cannot find the funny I’m very intrigued but there is definitely some context I’m missing

It's about weightlifters who lift way to much and end up hurting themselves so to elevate said pain, they use pharmaceutical drugs (Pain Pills). It's an anti-drug hidden message, at least for pills and what not.
I never really got any meaning from it, but it’s the opening sketch for the show when it originally aired and it has that signature surrealist/absurdist humor that adult swim (used to) thrive on. Maybe execs at adult swim thought it would play well to their core demographic. Only themes I could draw from it otherwise is the shared experience many of us have of unsolicited gym advice from a gym rat with a pill addiction, which is fairly common throughout gyms.
Don't even think about it. It's the worst sketch. It's insanely cryptic and it sucks.
But.... I think it's about how you shouldn't do deadlifts because they fuck your back up.
It's about opiate abuse.
