Been trying to Cook Madurai style chalna for a while , karaikudi in Edison has this taste( they closed few years back ) then all other restaurants chlana is like tangy and not that flavorful. Did this week , very good. As you mentioned the more time we cook the better it is( the change compare to other recipe is , frying small onion / sombu and having poppy seed) . Thank you 👍
