Your energy and enthusiasm is so rewarding. I am submitting my paperwork this week to test and I'm nervous but I know and have learned over the years with having a family member with autism who is now 29 that What you practice grows stronger.
Hey Penny!!!! Congratulations on sitting for your exam! YOU GOT THIS!! Please keep us posted on your journey and thank you for your kind works. I truly appreciate the love 🥰🥰🥰

I know every situation is different but at least having a general ball park range is helpful. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌷🌷🌻
Thank you so much for sharing your experience as a behavior analyst and following the money; that is the biggest challenge that our agency Is experiencing when trying to hire an analyst. There is no understanding of the overhead cost and expenses an agency accrues when hiring employees. Again thank you for sharing, and I hope that more people In the field of behavior analysis will watch your video.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. What you said about the impact of following the money train versus working with integrity totally resonates! Your words were very encouraging.
Yay VANESSA!!!! that’s so exciting!!!! I am celebrating all they way in Chicago. Where are you from? Where are you watching from ? I wanted to acknowledge a few of my day 1 subscribers and I want to shoutout your city. Thanks for sharing and subscribing!
i just graduated college and applied to a job as an rbt and im so discouraged because of the way my job is handling stuff and i feel like im losing sense of my worth of how much i should be getting paid and stuff. im so sad i just want to help others
Being an RBT is a tough job. They are our front line workers and your right, they are undervalued and underpaid. I encourage you to advocate for your worth and don’t be afraid to explore other companies
Yup same. $20-$23 😢 it’s so hard to even stay in ABA when I can get $30 doing accounting or some other thing And in California! 😅nope can’t survive off $20 out here
You are very welcome and your compliment just made my day. Thank you so much for your love. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Please keep us posted on your ABA journey
Thank you for sharing your insights in the BCBA world. You do a great job breaking it down! I’m inspired by your work. Maybe I’ll see you at an ABA conference one day 😬
Hey Andrea!!! Thank you so much! I am inspired by your support and comments. That truly means a lot to me. (Thanks for the editing catch as well😉). I hope to see you at an ABA conference as well. We need to make this happen. Do you have any scheduled? It’s still not to late to register for WIBA.
I LOVE your channel!! You are super!! I am going to be (hopefully) starting my MA in Psych. I want to become a BCBA! Your channel is so informative! 💕 God bless you, sis!
Hey Payton! Thank you for your kind words. Comments like this truly keep me motivated. Sending all of the positive vibes your way as you embark on this new journey. Please keep use posted.
SC and GA pay very, very well for a newly licenced BCBA. $75k is normal to start with no experience beyond a fresh masters. So if you have experience that lends, then try negotiating up. The worst that can happen is you land back at $75k. Now if you prefer remote work, you can often make upwards of $75k+ but consider no commute may be worth taking a slightly smaller payday at $55-$70k. All in, ABA pays much better than MSW right out the gate... And with less of an educational hassle.
Hey RL, That's great to hear because I eventually want to relocate to SC (that's where I went to college) and start a private practice. Thank you for this info. Have you worked in either states? What has been your experience?
Do you think it’s appropriate to ask for $80,000 when becoming newly licensed? I have 12 years experience working with special needs, speak Spanish as well. I just honestly feel no one should be getting paid under 80,000 with a masters. Like you said, it’s very expensive to get this education and soooo many years!
Hello! I’m late but the answer is YES! I have several friends who got 75+ right after passing their test. BCBA’s are in demand in 2021. My friend does contract work for 100 an hour but remember you have to do your own taxes or take it to a agency .
I love your channel. I am a early childhood special education teacher and a RBT. I just finished my ABA certificate at ASU. Now it’s time to get these hours. Keep up the great work!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️
You will likely have to enter into a certification program, which is about 8 additional courses in an accredited ABA program, and earn 2000 hours of supervision under a BCBA. But I would contact a university that you had in mind and ask specific questions about your next steps. I don’t think you have to get a second masters in ABA if your 1st masters fits the criteria. I hope this helps
Thank you so much for sharing! I am at the beginning of my BCBA journey. I have been a Special Education teacher for over 20 years and I look forward to making a career change. I have a child who is on the Autism spectrum, and I have a pretty good idea about the expections and requirements that it takes to become a BCBA. I taught three years as an autistic support teacher, so it seems that my career is coming full circle. I am really excited that you have this TH-cam platform to help guide me through my careeer change journey.
Hello, thank you for providing us with vital information. Currently, I am a graduate student pursuing a degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in ABA. I just started my CBA modules, which is suppose to be very helpful in passing the BCBA exam. I completely can relate when you are constantly on the road visiting clients. You were on point about being aware of the work load that is required of you. You are a true motivation, while I am on this journey. I graduate May 2022, so I am just about there. Continue to provide us with more videos!
Hey Ashley!!! Wow! Your comment just literally melted my heart 🧡🧡🧡. Thank you for sharing your story as well. I’m glad to hear I am not alone in my experiences. We have to have that spirit of discernment. It’s go great to hear from you & please keep us posted on your journey. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

New subscriber here! I love your content, there's finally someone that talks about transparency and a youtube content creator specific to BCBA. We definitely need more out here to discuss ABA and what our job entails. I had a few questions and was wondering if you had an email/contact information where I could reach you?
Love your channel. I didn't know you have a kiddo on the spectrum. Your intro warmed my heart. Wish I could be friends with you or other mom's with kiddos who have Autism and are BCBAs.
I’ve been doing Aba for over 15 years at an early intervention agency. I started at $55 now I’m at $80 an hour. However I’m going back to school to get my BCBA certification beCause of the experience and the earning potential to make up to $150 an hour at some agencies
Hi Dom! Could you do a video of different settings and populations that you've been exposed to along with the differences (pros and cons) as a BCBA or behavioral therapist? I'm in school to become a BCBA and I'm finding it very limiting to working with children and a diagnosis of ASD.
Hey Ebone, great suggestion! What has been your experience so far? Have you worked with both children and adults? I believe ABA should be available to all those in need even w/o an ASD diagnosis, but that’s an insurance and policy issue 😔
I am apart of BIBA, and a lot of those members have attended Capella. Personally, I don’t have any experience with that school. Have you considered the Chicago School of Professional Psychology?!?
Hey Lillian! We welcome you with open arms! I’m so excited to hear about your new journey. I guess my advice would start with: “What’s your end game & why did you get into this field”? Remembering and resting in these two questions will sustain you throughout your program. It will help you navigate through the often in evitable hurdles you may endure. But know that SOMEONE is waiting for you to finish and impact their lives like never before. Please keep us posted on your journey. & thank you for subscribing!!!
Dom The BCBA MOM Thank you so much for the advice. I have not thought of an end game on this journey yet but I definitely know my why. I’ll keep you and this platform posted on the journey. Thanks again ❤️.
I have a master's degree in special education I'm just on the fence with going for BCBA. The notes, the insurance company I don't know if I have the patience. I love being a RBT right now and I heard the exam is hard to pass
Hey Markeshia! Yes & true. Insurance companies are 🤬 at times, but you can always hire someone to take care of that for you. True the BACB exam is hard to pass, but so is medical school or passing the bar or motherhood. It’s all worth it in the end once you are drastically impacting lives and making great money while doing it. (Correction, there is no money in motherhood 😒) Also, don’t feel like you’re not making an impact right now as an RBT. Y’all are the sh*t!!! 🥰 I do offer mentorship & supervision and I currently have a few openings. Check out my link to get started. lnk.bio/dshortertaylor/
Its crazy that companies only pay out 30-50% of what they bill insurance companies for your services. I went to school for counseling and have yet to use my degree because I just couldn't find a position that paid enough.
Hey Martryce!!! I ran into that issue as well. You couldn’t tell me I wasn’t going to be a family counselor. But the job opportunities didn’t match my needs at the time. Also 30-50% can still be a lot of money, but there is always more money left on the table. We need classes on wage negotiation. Thank you for commenting! Please do not be a stranger! ❤️❤️❤️
Hey Sweet curls! random question: where are you watching from? I wanted to acknowledge a few of my day 1 subscribers and I want to shoutout your city. Thanks for sharing and subscribing!
do you know if working as a behavior teacher in a school district counts as supervision hours? or how would being a special ed teacher benefit in becoming a BCBA
I got my masters in ABA just 6 months ago. I left because my agency was unwilling to be flexible with me getting my supervision hours. After that, I taught English abroad for almost a year but I'm reconsidering entering the field. One thing that attracted me was OBM because while I can work with kids, I do prefer to work with businesses. How can I break into OBM where opportunities for OBM supervision hours seem scarce. Let me know. Thank you!
Hi Jordan, Thank you for watching, subscribing and sending your comment. Congrats on finishing your program. That's a major step in the right direction. You posed a great question that I get asked often. It's true that OBM is not as popular or prevalent in our field, but that will soon change. My suggestion is to start your supervision process the more traditional way (i.e., 40% direct work with clients and 60% indirect work) because that is the BACB's requirement. I believe if OBM opportunities are your vision, they will come while you're staying the course. However, there is some foundation that needs to be laid first. In the mean time, join some Facebook groups specifically aimed towards OBM, and start networking with BCBAs who specialized in that area. Attend ABA conferences that have OBM courses, but first do the BACB requirements, and who knows, maybe one of your supervisors will have a background in OBM. I hope this helps. Thanks again for watching.
I am currently studying to pass the state boards for RBT, do you have any tips? Also, I am starting my master's in Feb 2022 and want to know the difference between supervising concentrated 1500 and supervised non-concentrated 2000 hours requirement for the BCBA.
I would start saving now, because the field needs you, and the test is only one expense you are required to pay. Check out my video “The Real Cost Of Being a BCBA”. I just wanted you to be enlightened but not discouraged
Hi Dom, I enjoy your videos. I am currently in school to become BCBA, and I want to know if there are places you would recommend to gain well-versed BCBA experiences. Thanks
Very amazing information!!! I am getting back into the ABA field and getting registered again for the RBT🙏🏾! I desire to go for my masters soon as well to further myself in the field.
I am looking into BCBA as I enjoy working with special needs children. I am currently a sub teacher and have looked into doing a masters in special education. I am in NYC and I am not sure if the classroom setting is for me in the long run. If I was to still do special education, I have looked into being a travel SPED teacher. .
Hey A Carter!!!! A person who knows what they want at a young age!!! That’s exactly what we need in the field. You should start interning as soon as possible. Education + experience simultaneously is what did it for me! But for now, enjoy your freshman year! Make memories and impact lives. You are called to this!
@@domthebcbamom6679 oh my goodness, thank you!! I didn’t even think you’d read this comment, haha! You’re so sweet! And I will definitely take your advice :)
Yes! Jess, as long as you haven’t signed a noncompete clause with the other company . And even if you did, some of those are not acknowledged in certain states.
Thank you very much for this video. I am in the last semester of an Applied Behavior Analysis master's program and this was incredibly helpful. It is hard to determine what to expect when I start working as a BCBA because it seems so variable and a lot of companies don't post their salaries. Can you discuss how a BCBA's pay is determined by the company they work for? Is it hourly, insurance based, a percentage of their caseload? Thanks again.
@@trembling3674 Hi Gil. I received a bachelors in anthropology and would have liked to pursue a masters in that field. However, the university I attend does not have a graduate program in anthropology so I started looking at other programs in my junior year. I spoke with different program advisors and eventually ended up speaking with the graduate program advisor for the ABA program. She invited me to sit in on her lab to see what it was like. I did that for a few months and the following semester took a few recommended classes to see what behavior analysis consisted of. I think what attracted me to the field were two things: (1) the reliance on observable and measurable results (as opposed to mentalistic constructs and correlational data typical in the field of psychology) and (2) reading Selection by Consequences by Skinner. I feel like behavior analysis compliments my background in anthropology. Unlike many people I know in an ABA graduate program, I am not really drawn to the clinical aspect of the field. I enjoy the science and philosophy of it. That being said, I am not sure where that will lead me once I graduate. The program is extremely challenging. On top of the academic coursework, I am required to do a thesis project and obtain 1500 hours of practicum experience in 21 months. In this program there is no time to work at a job part time - the program requires all of your time. Sorry for the long reply, I hope I answered your question.
What is a full case load? Or what does that look like ? For a BCBA What are some things you would look like when looking for a job? And what are some red flags of this industry? I’m working as a BT and for me cancellations and not getting paid for them is bad news. Also some companies take forever to find you a new client others say you’ll get 30hrs and you end up getting 4 hrs per week. It’s been a learning curve for me… even in early intervention (they don’t go to school yet) I couldn’t get enough hours. They change the pay rate for driving time and at times the will purposely schedule your lunch so that they don’t have to pay for your milage. Those are some that I’ve learned as a noob 😅 😮 Non compete contract 😮duration of time?! 😮
For me a full caseload was 15-20 adult clients (I’ve never had a full caseload working with children, but I assume that would be 7-8 kiddos since they received so many more hours per week). It’s funny because I just made a video talking about many of the red flags that you mentioned. These are some of the things that you can negotiate upfront and let an agency know what your expectations are before taking the job. th-cam.com/video/X5NdEswpRAE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=z6L9nGDzd24oBQM0. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions.
@ thank you so much Dom 🥰 I sincerely appreciate all of your advice, knowledge and also all your positive energy for those of us just entering the field. It means a lot ❤️ I will check out that video. As an RBT I took on a job that hardly gave me any hours, had I not had a savings I would’ve been in a bad situation! So these videos are very valuable. It’s important to know these things, I’m sure you catch my drift 🙃
This rate can vary based on the insurance company, the services provided like the billing code, years of experience etc. I was thinking about doing a whole video on billing
Hi Riane! Thank you for the love. Great question. The school contracts are harder to get because they are typically unfamiliar with ABA. You can either work with a 3rd party that staffs the schools or actually make the personal connections with the decision makers in the school district and let them know you are a service provider in the area. Personally , I went back to my old neighborhoods where they know me & trust me. Then they will want to business with you. I hope this helps. Thanks for subscribing
It definitely does! I unfortunately recently found out how much I’m worth, and while I’m not quite ready to venture out on my own... I know it’s coming soon, the itch is definitely here lol. Thanks so much for the great info and quick reply!!
Hi there, I love your channel. I've been accepted in both msw and masters in aba program. I'm in Ontario Canada, which program should I go for? Which one has more money and jobs? Please guide me. Love, Ayesha, God bless you ❤️
@@domthebcbamom6679 No problem. Btw I have a question. So me and my friend have been working as RBTs for at least 2 years now and was thinking about opening our own company and just paying a BCBA for supervision every week. My question is is it possible to do this even though we're only RBTs? Should we wait until we finish our masters and become BCBAs ourselves which will be next summer? We're in Florida btw.
Hey Telvin. I’m glad to here you and your friend are doing your thing RBTing in FL! I love that you have the drive to open your own. So, I’ve seen it done before at an RBT level.... I have no comment on if I would recommend it for a few different reasons. If it were me, I wouldn’t rush the process,. If your goal is to become a BCBA, maybe focus on that first and the business second. This way you are not paying someone else your salary. Just my thoughts. I do however love the fact that a black man wants to open his own ABA company. Either way, please keep us posted .
@@domthebcbamom6679 Thanks I really appreciate the advice! We've been working hard and have learned so many things in that last three years. And yes We were also thinking the Same thing like wow two black guys with their own ABA company how awesome would that be? So seeing a black woman like you doing your thing puts a smile on my face and lets me know that its possible. I'll definitely keep you updated!
Hello Monika. I wouldn’t be an expert on international job opportunities post BCBA certification. However, if you send me an email, I can hopefully point you in the right direction. Dominique@beyond-aba.com
Hey Johanna! I recently made a IG reel about this topic. Feel free to follow me on IG or tik tok for more tips instagram.com/dom_thebcbamom/reel/CXwyG0El7gC/?
Also, your school’s electronic library should grant you access to JABA articles. Just type in a portions of the treatment plan into the search (e.g., shaping procedures, or behavior Channing) and see which articles pop up. Remember, even searching for the articles on your own can count towards your hours because it is considered an ABA task a BCBA completes in their daily practice.
Hey Michael, great question. For me, it was easiest for me to work at an agency that provide me with a full adult client caseload (i.e., CILA, day program, therapeutic day school or center). This way you have ample opportunities to complete restricted and unrestricted hours. Working in-home with kiddos may take a little longer because of time restrictions.
Dom The BCBA MOM I will look into doing this! Thank you for your response. Your videos keep me motivated throughout my road to becoming a bcba. Keep up the great work!
That’s a good question. We are not always privy to that information. Insurance companies like to keep quite on rates they pay out. I’ve seen rates range from $55-120 per hour for the same services.
Right now I'm in school getting my bachelors degree in psychology, is it required to be a RBT? because I noticed most jobs in my area requires it. Nevertheless, should I start my training while I'm in school or wait until after I graduate ?

Hi, I am considering becoming an ABA but feel l the pay is too low. I am older and have 4 years full time working in state schools, as inclusion and intensive sped teachers aid. I feel I deserve more than $16 per hr. I have an MA from my own country. How can I use my experience and education to earn more?
Hello there! You rock!! How do you find the school contracts?? Is there a website ?? I live in a tiny town with only 1 BCBA and I am filling the need here :)
Hey Dom, I am currently almost finished with my undergraduate degree and I am debating whether to go into special education or become a bcba!! I'm from a state that pays teachers well (and the summer break is a huge plus) but behavior analysis is extremely interesting to me ! Do you think I could become a special education teacher first and then complete an aba program and complete the 1500 hours while working full time as a special educator?
HiHello98765 Hi!! I haven’t heard from you in a min. How have you been? I think that sounds like a solid plan. It sounds like your passion is towards teaching with an interest in ABA? Right? I think the best BCBAs are the ones who come from environments outside of ABA. You can earn your 1500 hours while working full time. Especially if the ABA hours can be accrued after school hours. I did! (but at some point I did cut my hours at work to part time). I hope this helps! When will you be finished with your bachelor’s ?
Oben Ashley hey! I don’t see why not! There is only a pre-requisite if you are trying to get into the ABA respecialization program and avoid getting a masters in ABA. I would talk to a recruitment agent at the university you had in mind to identify their specific requirements.
@@domthebcbamom6679 I’m currently working my masters in early childhood development & education. I just applied for an ABA certificate as well. Do you have any other recommendations?
THIS right here was great info! I am just starting my certification program to get my BCBA. I live in Chicago, and just realized my current job wont allow me to get the hours needed to sit. You mentioned you are in Chicago as well (or Chicagoland) I am willing to change jobs in order to get my hours at the same time (understanding it wouldn't be right away.) Could you give me suggestions of companies to apply to ? If not, thank you for the info anyway!
Yes I make my own schedule for the most part. I mostly work part time hours with all of my jobs which add to ( way too much work) but.... that’s my choice! Where are you in your ABA process?
Hello Dom, I love your videos. I am currently a Special Education Teacher seeking the certificate now- I'm actually in a program that begins today. Have you ever experienced working with combative clients? Have you ever had to pass on a client? If so, can you share some of those experiences? Also, is it required to take any de-escalation classes ever so often?
Hello Ify! Thank you and I love you for watching!!! Thank you for being a special education teacher 🙏🏽🙏🏽! Congratulations on your new program. How’s it going so far? So I’ve never had to pass on a client. However I know that feeling. Every job I moved to, I use to worry that I would get a client that was out of my scope of competency or comfortability. But that was just me psyching myself out. Yes, I’ve worked with challenging clients, yes, I’ve been physically aggressed towards before, HOWEVER, it doesn’t happen often at all because I make it my mission to pair myself as a reinforcer with the client FIRST! when a client likes you, respects you, and YOU respect their integrity and autonomy, aggression is less likely to occur. YES!!! A de-escalation should be a priority at least once a year. I personally like Safety care training. It’s de-escalation training with very minimal restrictions to the clients. I feel like because you have a background in special education, you would be perfect for this career (or calling) because it’s truly a calling.
@@domthebcbamom6679 Thank you very much. I actually start today. I am looking forward to it. I have a background in mental health and used to work in community mental health and crisis stabilization.
Yes! I am so happy you made this video. Thank you so much, and great going starting your own LLC! You go girl. BLM.

Yes! Your experience with Special Needs prior to becoming a BCBA is huge. You got this.

I need to know how I can become a BCBA since I am a clinical psychologist
You will likely have to enter into a certification program, which is about 8 additional courses in an accredited ABA program, and earn 2000 hours of supervision under a BCBA. But I would contact a university that you had in mind and ask specific questions about your next steps. I don’t think you have to get a second masters in ABA if your 1st masters fits the criteria. I hope this helps
Thank you so much for sharing! I am at the beginning of my BCBA journey. I have been a Special Education teacher for over 20 years and I look forward to making a career change.

I’m trying to change careers at age 35😔 and I’m looking to become RBT Cartified. Do I need a masters degree to come BCBA in the future
Yes you need a masters to become a BCBA, but you can become an RBT after a 40 hr training.
Quick question how do you come up with a sliding scale pay rate for a private client that does not use insurance
Great question. This is what I found on the web tamarasuttle.com/how-to-create-and-use-a-sliding-fee-scale/
I dont see much content on BCBA in NYC, I believe its a bit harder because of other requirements.
do you know if working as a behavior teacher in a school district counts as supervision hours? or how would being a special ed teacher benefit in becoming a BCBA

For a BCBA
What are some things you would look like when looking for a job?
And what are some red flags of this industry?
I’m working as a BT and for me cancellations and not getting paid for them is bad news. Also some companies take forever to find you a new client others say you’ll get 30hrs and you end up getting 4 hrs per week. It’s been a learning curve for me… even in early intervention (they don’t go to school yet) I couldn’t get enough hours. They change the pay rate for driving time and at times the will purposely schedule your lunch so that they don’t have to pay for your milage. Those are some that I’ve learned as a noob 😅
😮 Non compete contract 😮duration of time?!
Hey Dom! Love the channel!!
I guess my biggest question is where to look for those different contracts (school, etc).

How is it for people with BCBA masters but never was an RBT?
Hey I'm berka working in bahrain while doing my RBT honestly really wanna do BCBA but there's a limitation of BCBA supervisor here
what’s the best strategy for accumulating independent supervision hours?
Hey Michael, great question. For me, it was easiest for me to work at an agency that provide me with a full adult client caseload (i.e., CILA, day program, therapeutic day school or center). This way you have ample opportunities to complete restricted and unrestricted hours. Working in-home with kiddos may take a little longer because of time restrictions.

how do I find out how much my employer is giving me of the rate charged
That’s a good question. We are not always privy to that information. Insurance companies like to keep quite on rates they pay out. I’ve seen rates range from $55-120 per hour for the same services.
Right now I'm in school getting my bachelors degree in psychology, is it required to be a RBT? because I noticed most jobs in my area requires it. Nevertheless, should I start my training while I'm in school or wait until after I graduate ?

HiHello98765 Hi!! I haven’t heard from you in a min. How have you been? I think that sounds like a solid plan. It sounds like your passion is towards teaching with an interest in ABA? Right? Oben Ashley hey! I don’t see why not! There is only a pre-requisite if you are trying to get into the ABA respecialization program and avoid getting a masters in ABA. I would talk to a recruitment agent at the university you had in mind to identify their specific requirements.
@@domthebcbamom6679 Alright thank you🙏🏽🙏🏽
Can you become a BCBA without ever being an RBT?
Yes you can. I was never officially an RBT, but you will have to get 2000 hours of supervised experience in the field.

This is very encouraging, thank you.
Hi. Are you able to make your own schedule? Doing part time hours or so
Yes I make my own schedule for the most part. I mostly work part time hours with all of my jobs which add to ( way too much work) but.... that’s my choice! Where are you in your ABA process?

I want to open my own agency as I am already an independent provider
Can I get a bachelor’s degree in social work and then a master’s in ABA to become a BCBA?
You can get a bachelors in whatever you like. Social work, psychology, or education would be ideal
Hello Dom,
I love your videos.
I am thankful to God that I have never personally been attacked, but I always hear of stories.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and for the affirmation. May God to continue to bless you, your family, and your business. Take care!
Hows the program going for you?
Hi there!
I love your channel! I currently work as an RBT in Charlotte, NC. What state are you located in to provide context on the salary info you were sharing in this video :) My goal is to become a BCBA. I also would like to become a wife and have a big family. That being said, would it be better to start my own practice, be a private contractor, or work in a facility or school system?
Sincerely,
Nikyah Alexis
Subscribing now!!!! ❤🎉
Thank you so much!
How much do you make a year?
That depends on how many jobs, extra clients, contracts, in trainings I take on each year. Some months I say no to everything so I can say yes to my family and my health. So it’s varies but it’s always upward of 80K
What state are you working out of?
Illinois & you?

Dom, I just subscribed to your channel. I'm in the process of figuring out what school to go to get my Masters in ABA. Any recommendations? I'm looking at online programs. What school did you go to to earn your degree. Thank you!
Hey Christina! Thank you so much for subscribing. Welcome to our community. I attended the Chicago School of Professional Psychology on campus, but they also have an awesome online program. Please keep us posted on your journey.
