Thanks Scott! It was a fun couple days to get out a little, even though it wasn’t a dedicated trip to photograph Zion/CO/Yosemite. The snow was an awesome unexpected surprise but I was the only one excited! Haha. Glad you enjoyed it.
Some awesome shots in here, my favorite was the dead trees, the river, and the living trees. Followed by the snow panorama. Looked like a nice peaceful trip
Great vlog Brian I really enjoy the vibe of your videos. You got some great shots, I really like the shot of the tree in the snow at 10:28. Great stuff sir I hope all is well.
Thanks Jared! The snow was definitely a nice surprise and really one of the only reasons I decided to make the final video. Glad you enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to watching your Oregon videos!
Hi, I've recently subscribed to your channel and I always enjoy your work. The photo's you take are beautiful. I like how clearly you explain what you're doing and I love the aesthetic quality of the videos too, such as the music - which is never too loud, just nicely in the background - and also the way you film the scenes. It's also good to see a fellow Canon 5DSR user. Another aspect of this video I appreciated is that it's sometimes just good to go out and see what's out there and being pleasantly surprised rather than having too many prior expectations. Thanks for the inspiration and I look forward to your next one.
Hi Andrew! Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting. I'm glad to hear you enjoy the videos so much! It's always great meeting a fellow 5DSR shooter that enjoys wandering in the woods.
Amazing how quickly conditions can change. You kind of expect it in Colorado but not so much in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Chester County PA and don’t ever recall such wild swings. Loved the images you were able to catch in the snow, especially the tree at 10:31 and the shot at 11:39. Hope you’re well!
Thanks Chris! It definitely was a rapid change, haha. I’ve seen that kind of swing in CO but it’s been a while since experiencing it on the east coast. Hope you’re doing well too.
Nice walk in the woods near your home. You're lucky to have that available to you. Also, that's a really good looking GSP, a beauty. My first bird dog was a stellar, female. A hunting machine. Love the look of that breed. That 'grey-ghost' is looking really content too. Do you hunt them together? The image at 10:30 was most meaningful to me. You got good separation of the subject with those snow covered limbs and the leaves; giving some depth between the subject and background. Nicely done.
Thanks Steve! I definitely feel lucky to have that as my “second home base.” It’s property that has been in the family forever, which is why I’m always hush about location, haha. The pups are incredible. Very loving, fun, and super smart. My dad doesn’t hunt as much anymore, so we always have the breed more for their intelligence and personality!
Excellent work Brian, love the snow shots especially the panorama. Enjoy your time in PA, my brother still lives in the north central portion of the state.
Great video, Brian. Being that I live in Maryland, I have visited PA quite a few times. It is a beautiful state. I look forward visiting the state on a more regular basis. Your photos were fantastic!
Thanks Walter! The hikes I’ve done in MD have been awesome, but admittedly I haven’t done enough exploring. Glad you enjoyed the photos! Hope you missed the snow though 👍
Great story telling Brian (something I need to improve on ) Wonderful walk in the woods snd I certainly wasn’t expecting to see the snow ! Death and rebirth was my favourite from Day 1 and the first beech tree my favourite from Day 2 although I enjoyed all the winter shots . Beautifully narrated and edited and a thoroughly enjoyable watch 👍🏻
Thanks Andrew! I’m mutually inspired by your narrations. The snow was an unexpected “gift” though I was the only one excited to see it! Glad you enjoyed it.

Great video Brian. Really nice feel and I love the drone footage. That snow covered Beech is wonderful. Great job!

The snow really changes the scene and looks incredible, though I'm glad to have a break of it for awhile.
Haha I’m sure it got old fast this year. I couldn’t believe how much it felt like a radically different season just 10 hours later
Beautiful images as usual Brian, and always love the calm and serene feel in your videos. All the best.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 👍 Thanks as always for tuning in

Thanks Timothy! The snow pano was unplanned but definitely a nice surprise. It was great to reconnect to my old favorite trails.

Thank you Lee! I was happy to find that scene after a long time searching. Glad to hear you enjoyed. I hope you’re doing great as well!
Beautiful video 👏🏽🔥
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it
Another great one man! Really enjoyed the subtle colors popping out of the snow in the last couple of images. Awesome work as always!
Thanks Jared! The snow was definitely a nice surprise and really one of the only reasons I decided to make the final video. Glad you enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to watching your Oregon videos!
Nice video Brian! I love how the dappled light in the first image guides your eyes through the photo.
Thanks Phillip! It’s a great trail to wander along. Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Great images Brian, beautiful scenery and very changeable weather like we have here...
Thanks! It was a quick change for sure!

Very cool photos (excuse the pun), I'd pick #4 as my favourite but I like all the winter spring photos.
