I still maintain, cooperation with Skeletons are the best path forward for all races on Kenshi.

One thing of note on the legacy of the Second Skeleton Empire: They have made abundant use of disseminating the fixed global currency of Cats across all nations found in this sole continent. The Western Hive, under the supposed tributary protection of the Shek, would share trade routes with their economic competitors in the Traders Guilds and fellow roaming Nomadic Tribes, as well as avoiding approaching unto hostile environments (places deemed inaccessible such as Mongrel in the Fog Islands, the dusted zones of the Forbidden Lands or the guarded lush farmlands of Okran's Pride) unless they are notified of new bustling settlements across the areas that views/affects traveling trade caravans.
Loving your kenshi content brotha, it's been years of enjoyment from your channel, but I really love kenshi so you deserve the engagement, I sacrifice this comment to the algorithm!

I recommend modding the shit out of it, makes you stick longer to see all the new shit
Mods for this game are amazing, my favorite is the recruit anyone mod, I've created some incredible squads with that one.
Where do you find all of this story in the game?
Some of it comes from ingame lore books, character dialogue and/or observation from things we see in the world.

By drawing the images myself, regardless of quality, I can edit and change them at any moment for any reason. So for those reasons and others, I tend to avoid seeking outside help. Dude I have put over a 1000 hours into kenshi, and wiped the Ashland's and holy nation every playthrough. I never once thought there was any credence to the holy nations beliefs. So the Skeletons tried to wipe out humanity, but it happened so long ago they forgot but it actually became a religion? So the reality is hidden in the Holy Nations Okranism.They now are a whole lot more justified murdering Skeletons in sight.
So is nobody going to talk about how the Skeletons get all the blame, but the Behemoths wouldn't have even existed to be betrayed if the first great threat didn't plague the First Empire? You know, the Hivers.
??? Hivers are a recent occurance according to ingame lore information. Literally nothing in the game states that they've been in Kenshi since the first Empire.
@@aldrixlevy228 sure they didn't. That's why this species with no known recordings of existing in a previous iteration like we can tell Homo Erectus or Cro Magnon they just....popped up. Not like the Gargantuan Skeletons were made to fight some enemy of the First Empire...like maybe an extra-terrestrial xenophobic invasive galactic empire with genetically altered castes?
@@aldrixlevy228 all I'm saying is, it would be really easy for the three castes who didn't see direct frontline action were spared from complete annihilation when their contact lines to the home worlds fell apart. That and maybe the massive livestock species (Leviathans) used to feed them. That would be a low warrior caste protecting internal high level operations personnel, and perhaps any worker or organizational castes. Maybe one that's one layer up from drones, maybe even one layer up from that. However, most of the advanced hierarchy would've been decimated.
