I am having this issue with both HDMI ports. I have a 49" monitor, so I'm hoping it's not the fact the monitor is huge. I also have a switch I'm using, but whether I use the switch or not, the hdmi ports do not work. Every other port does. Going to try this to some degree, even though it's not laptop specific.
Hi everybody, I was having the same problem with the HDMI 1 port not seeming to work, however I was able to solve this by using a different USB-C cable between the docking station and my Macbook. Problem solved!
Just to confirm my understanding, you are not using anymore the Tobenone dual USB C cable to connect your notebook to hub ? Which cable are you using ? It is support dual monitor ?
