I am a diploma qualified counsellor moving towards becoming a psychologist. I think its better to be a psychologist. You can always counsel as a psychologist. Takes forever and cost a fortune though! :)
Unless you mean how to "apply for psychologist" in Australia, like the topic of the video, I don't expect this is the right place to ask. Assuming you mean in India, surely that was discussed frequently as you took & completed a psychology post-graduate degree program? 😐 (and for future reference, it's generally a good idea to give the actual name of the degree...)
