Both your Tif and your Kik looking pretty sweet, only gonna get better. I've got RTF Fescue, looking good but needs a ton of water to keep it alive.. 😅 Tiftuf will be my next lawn for sure mate.
Hey, 2 Dan's don't make a right 🤣. RFT is such a great tall architectureral lawn. I'd love a patch of that too. Cheers man, yeah. TT anit a bad lawn but it's giving me grief atm 👍
I wonder if you would have more luck with the saw tooth type groomer blade as opposed to the star type. Got mine from Moteck when I did my groomer build a few months ago, its unreal at ripping stuff out. If i was local Id say borrow it!
Aye man. Excellent point 🤔. Sure it did not do what I was expecting but, I think it's still effective. With long term use, I think results will be more apparent 👍. But yea, a side by side comparison would be cool 😎
Nope Dan…… I’ve come to the conclusion that using John Deer is a form of cheating. Yeah the job gets done but the satisfaction of walking behind a mower isn’t the same. 😜
Not sure I like tiftuf turf. Actually I hate it. I'm all in for Qld blue I don't know much else is as satisfying to mow down . I've just played with Palmetto under shaded areas it's taking off well. Something different I guess. Whenever I mow tiftuf it always looks like I just scalped the living daylights out of it.
@@thegreenandgoldlife1464 yeah I feel your pain. I think it's due to the cool temps and rain we have had this year. The couch really loves the heat. My couch areas are really just starting to kick into growth now and it's almost one month into summer.
That’s a nice hat 😜
Ya know what. It was the darnedest thing. It just showed up in the post one day 🤷♂️. Thanks Aust Post 🤣
@@thegreenandgoldlife1464 hahaha
@@theaussielawn nah. Cheers man 👍
Your channel is like if Chris Pratt was Australian, and super into lawn care.
🤣🤣🤣 I'll get him on the phone and see if we can Colab 🤣
I had the same issue recently with my Tif. A groom and a foliar feed seems have sorted it out 👌
Just gave it a fert and groom today. Hope that sorts it out 👍👍👍
@@thegreenandgoldlife1464 good to hear. It's these crazy temps we're getting at the moment in Rads
It’s looking good mate👌🏼

Ah, I don't mind it. Just been a terrible season for it is all
You just a lawn enthusiasts it actual work as a lawnsman?
Nah, just an enthusiast mate. Civil Engineer by day. Lad on the lawn by night 🤣
You should look at using some PGR on the tif tuf to change the growth pattern.
Yeah, will consider it once I've re scalped. Don't want those remnant stalks poking me in the ass 🤮🤣
