    good episode. agree if possible 2br in ocr will be better than 1 br in ccr.
    2 reasons:
    1) 2b2b easier to exit
    2) in case he gets married and have a kid, at least the 2b2b can tong for sometime, before he upgrade to 3b2b.
    3) ocr more schools, more amenities.
    in property "mobility" and "exit options" are very important. 2b2b sure win.

    Dumbbell layout has efficient space but traditional/portrait layout is better design cos of more privacy as bedroom bathroom doors tugged away from living dining. today's dumbbell design is like "lazy easy" design. U see traditional condo layout or HDB ever has dumbbell designs? Ask any seasoned architect...

    Maverick is status conscious, condos around Pasir ris/flora road last to buy. So far from city and cap appreciation is lower. Potong Pasir Bangkok better buy with mrt closeby.
