I love it when Brent just laughs at you! You say "I want two of these ball things to put at the circle." Brent looks at you laughing and walks off. Lol
What a stunning nursery. The one thing I have learned over the years of watching garden channels is I realize how long it takes to grow these massive trees and plants. They are worth every dollar. It's obvious that the area you are in can afford to shop and buy at this place because it wouldn't be in business if they didn't sell anything. It's a place that garden dreams are made of. ♥
Oh My Gosh!! I love that you take your viewers to these amazing garden centers!! Thank You! You Rock🌸🌺❤️ Love your personality as well!! Too funny!! Pleaseee keep taking the viewers ( me too) lol.. to all the great places you fo!!🤓🌸❤️🌺🥰
Well - instead of the actual horses, why not get a sign for the backyard that says “TWO WILD STALLIONS”. That would be so fun!! That place is amazing. Thanks for showing us around.
So cool! Thanks for sharing. Just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you about my experience with Mexican petunia. My neighbor gave me a small one. I put it in a large pot on the east facing side of my house and it got huge, in one season. It was beautiful, it makes new flowers every morning and by the afternoon they fall off and blow away. It seems to be indestructible. This summer it wasn’t doing very well because it was rootbound. So I dumped it out of the pot and used my husband‘s sawsall and went to town on the root ball. I put part of it back in the pot and it is thriving. I put a few sprigs in a 5 gallon bucket that I’m not sure what I’m going to do with. They are also thriving, but here’s the funniest part. I threw the rest down a hill on our property and dumped half a bag of potting soil on it. I water it when I remember to, and it is also thriving. I’m looking forward to finding other places to plant it around my property. Just thought I would share! 💜 also I should mention that I live in Redding
Hi Robbie and Brent! That is quite the Nursery. The have very beautiful plants and fun stuff! Wil you please show us what you ended up getting? Thank you so much for sharing!
As a less experienced gardener who has lost plenty of potted plants and trees, the stress of keeping a potted $4000 dollar tree alive is on another level 😱🤣
You seriously make my heart so happy. Lol. "This is what dreams are made of....... Surrounded in a forest of hydrangeas!" 😂 ❤ Does Brent ever get excited about plants the way you do? Thanks for making me smile every morning. Sincerely, your BFF, Kelly from Ohio. 😂❤
Hi Robbie, that store is a perfect gift store for those gardeners in one’s life. I can’t imagine how all those flower and tree specimens are kept so healthy in their nursery ! (By the way, those terra cotta stakes are often used in conjunction with wine or pop bottles which you fill with water and turn upside down into the stakes. The water then seeps into the soil. These are especially helpful if one does not have drip irrigation. )🥰🌸🇨🇦
Robbie, we have the same taste! Expensive! I always gravitate to the stuff that I can’t afford! Maybe one day , right! Thanks for the tour! That wall with the iron arched gate by that last aviary is what I dream of! Love an arched doorway!!!❤
I live in this area. They were the landscapers of all the mansions built here for many years like 20 or more. The nursery it’s beautiful. It’s called Granite Bay down the street it’s Folsom Lake beautiful place.
There must be some amazing people working at this place! I can't imagine keeping those huge plants/trees healthy and thriving. Well worth the 2 hr. drive.
We can all dream.... this is a place I would have BIG DREAMS, with my budget could not afford. I loved looking at all the pretty trees. Thank you for taking us along and telling prices. It gives me some ideas for my wish list.
Hi Robbie and Brent!! I love your videos 😊 I live in Indiana, zone 5b, and I have several limelight hydrangeas I put in about 4 years ago. This year I started pruning and staking a cpl of them to be hydrangea standards. Maybe one day they’ll be as big as the ones at the garden center. Definitely cheaper way to do it, lol
Last time I was at The Rock Garden they had some sort of Weeping Spruce. I picked up a very affordable Little Hem Magnolia there. Hurry, Hurry, call the lovely ladies at The Rock Garden.
Hi Robbie!! Bushnell Garden Nursery is one of my favorite nurseries to go to!!!! Thank you for taking us along!!! One of my favorite parts of this nursery is the hidden shade garden where so many gorgeous Japanese maples grow!! Did you find that area? If not, the next time you go there, find it and take your time strolling the paths! So peaceful. I know you will love it!!! Please keep telling us your dreams!!!!! Good things come to good people ❤
You take us to the neatest places. Should I take a field trip from Virginia? This was a shopper's and gardener's paradise. You will have to show us your purchases for the house. Inquiring minds want to know.
Great video! Great nursery tour! I purchased two large trees recently. Both were pricey, but the real cost came with delivery and installation. Yikes! The problem with buying large is that it's no longer a DIY option. You need manpower and special equipment. Mine will be delivered late fall or early winter, so we'll see how this goes. I've never spent this kind of money on plants/trees before. Hope I don't live to regret.
I dearly love you guys, THANK YOU for the tour. I’ll never get up that way and it was sooooo fun to see. Definitely need a couple horses to flank my 4’ driveway 😉
I see that “magical” Limelight Hydrangea Tree in the middle of your backward C garden. Wouldn’t that be so whimsical? I think you have a fountain planned there. That black stem Mexican Petunia was calling out to me and I thought to you too.
I love it when you go to nurserys! It exposes me to soooo many plants I haven't seen before. The Norway spruce has the same graceful look as your weeping willow tree.
Try High Hand Nursery in Loomis. Connected to an old cannery converted to shops, and a great restaurant too. Many full grown trees, but reasonable prices.
Hey Robbie and Brent… what a cool nursery! A note about the Mexican Petunia, in my zone (10a) they spread so much and then become a weed, invading the whole flower bed. I had to pull them. It would be interesting to see how they would perform in your zone.
WOW what a great garden center .. that conifer pine was my favorite and that fountain is phenomenal .. do they do installment plans ? Thanks for taking us with you !😍🥰
Mexican Petunias are awesome plants but can be invasive (someone is working on a non-invasive variety at Texas A&M). The blooms last only a day and drop every evening and a new flush of blooms appear the next morning. They can take a lot of abuse too! There is also a shorter ground cover variety but I love the tall ones.
The Mexican petunias are great. My sister has them. They love sun and heat. They loose all there flowers every night and new blooms come back every morning.
In my dream shopping cart: All the frogs, watering stakes, foxtail ferns, Mexican petunias, the 4 tier simpler fountain, and of course the Norway spruce ❤😊 One day 😂
Good morning Robbie and Brent. What an awesome way to start your day 😊 I love the frogs 🐸 they make me smile. There's our Brent 🥰 Everything looks so pretty. Oh my.. nooo... I just had a ptsd panic attack when you said "Mexican Petunias " 😢😫 those suckers took over at my old house... so so invasive... when we moved here I took many of my plants and shrubs, and was so afraid 😨 they were going to sneak a ride to this new home. Thank God they did not.. they were horrible... 😲 $19,000? Beautiful tree Hydrangeas. Oh my... those 2 horses 🐎 I NEED THEM!!! 😍 I used to have many horses here in Texas Gulf Coast area, I miss having them 😢 hubby said I have to win the lottery.. that won't happen.. 😞 I wish you would've told the price lol 😆 I would tell him fine, I am getting 2 sculptured one 😂 bet they cost more than real ones. 😂🤣😂 Thank you for sharing!
Why not buy a five gallon weeping spruce. Repot it in a wooden box painted to match your fence and then when you move, take it with you! It’s gorgeous!
Beautiful fountain!!!!! Maybe when you sell your house you can use some of the money to buy that fountain. Its a one time purchase so that’s justifiable right? Lol im so funny
Instant gardening is for non-gardeners; true gardeners know it is much better for the plants and more satisfactory for the gardener to start small, have patience to allow the plants to establish and watch them grow. You’re less likely to make very expensive mistakes
I was just going to post the same thing. I have lived less than 5 minutes from Bushnell’s for 20 years. I shop at Green Acres and drive right past Bushnell’s. We live in a very nice neighborhood but would never pay these prices!
I love it when Brent just laughs at you! You say "I want two of these ball things to put at the circle." Brent looks at you laughing and walks off. Lol

May all your plant dreams come true Robbie.
😂😂😂 that's EXACTLY what you guys need! 2 wild stallions flanking the driveway! 😂 you had me literally laughing out loud!❤ 🐎
That was such fun! Thanks Robbie ( and Brent too!☺️) ! 🇨🇦👏🌸
The frog pots were thinking, “it’s fine” 😂😂😂 🐸
Thank you Robbie and Brent . 🌺💚🙃

Gorgeous nursery. Thanks for the tour
I love everything about this place… even the things I could never afford. So fun to walk through it with you!
Holy toledo that garden center was outrageous priced! Thanks for sharing everything in this video!

What an incredible place. The aviaries full of love birds are awesome. Agree that the canisters are gorgeous.
In love with the limelight hydrangea tree. 🌳
7:54 zone 8a milton FL, you can water propagate Mexican petunias stems ❤
What a beautiful place!! Loved going "shopping" with you; Brent has the best "smile". He is adorable. You both are! lol
This is definitely a beautiful story and they have great unique items. I say buy everything! ❤
Stacking glass jar; glass canisters with wood lids they have them at HomeGood for cheap.
I LOVE that fountain!!!!

The canisters you like are at Bed, Bath & Beyond, all three are $138.00. Called Olive Hill Glass and Mango Wood Canisters.
Beautiful nursery but way above my mines. Glad you took us along, saw some gorgous plants & things for the home that are so unique.
Last time I was at The Rock Garden they had some sort of Weeping Spruce. I picked up a very affordable Little Hem Magnolia there. Hurry, Hurry, call the lovely ladies at The Rock Garden.

Such gorgeous plants. Paying for years of care! Amazing although extravagant!

I am with you the hydrangea trees are gorgeous and not a bd price compared to some of the other trees there.
😂 Let’s play the Price is Right…or wrong, in my case!!😮 This was so much fun!!! 🤩 Thank you!!!
Hey Robbie and Brent… what a cool nursery! A note about the Mexican Petunia, in my zone (10a) they spread so much and then become a weed, invading the whole flower bed. I had to pull them. It would be interesting to see how they would perform in your zone.
Beautiful…!
This is so fun. It’s how I feel when I go to places like this, and I am in my fifties!😂
Amazing!!! You killed melon the horses😂…”to flank our driveway with…”😂
Aviary of Love Birds. How adorable.
What a fun video, Robbie, thanks! It’s fun to dream! Thank you!
Great video.
WOW what a great garden center .. that conifer pine was my favorite and that fountain is phenomenal .. do they do installment plans ? Thanks for taking us with you !😍🥰
You make me smile
Oh yes! Beautiful Mexican petunias! Buy one and you’ll soon have them all over your property!!!

That dream fountain is almost my dream car 😂😂… Big impact! Big bucks!..
I think you need those two horses! Neigh! Neigh!!!!!
21:46 that plant price is insane ❤
I think the first plant at the door was snow-n-summer jasmine rather than vinca, but I could be wrong.
Omg the fountain was perfection 🥹💸
I love the turquoise lamp
In my dream shopping cart: All the frogs, watering stakes, foxtail ferns, Mexican petunias, the 4 tier simpler fountain, and of course the Norway spruce ❤😊
One day 😂
"This is what people need to see when they come up to our driveway, two wild stallions" I died laughing.
Those plants/fountains will be sitting there forever at those prices lol
These look like plants supplied to builders of really nice houses 😂 they want an instant garden and are willing to pay for it
I love the aviators! Love this garden center! Have you and Brent considered moving your aviator into the new center garden you are going to create?
Good morning Robbie and Brent. What an awesome way to start your day 😊 I love the frogs 🐸 they make me smile. There's our Brent 🥰 Everything looks so pretty. Oh my.. nooo... Wow they have soooo many beautiful things and plants but wayyyy out of my price range.
But still fantastic to see everything
WOW!!
Hi Robbie & Brent!
Why not buy a five gallon weeping spruce. Repot it in a wooden box painted to match your fence and then when you move, take it with you! It’s gorgeous!
Don’t buy kitchenware/homeware at a garden centre, it’s beautiful but always horrendously overpriced
Learned the hard way! Now I take a picture and look online
Can you show us what you purchased for the house?
Be sure and check them out at Christmas. Their stock is amazing
I have a Mexican Petunia plant. It is beautiful! Being in zone 5b in have to bring indoors every year. I actually bought off Etsy.
That was fun!! What did you buy?
Well that was fun. Beware of the Mexican Petunia, it will take over
But what did you take home, Robbie??!? 💚
Limelight hydrangea trees at Lowe's are $95
Beautiful fountain!!!!! Maybe when you sell your house you can use some of the money to buy that fountain. Its a one time purchase so that’s justifiable right? Lol im so funny

Sacramento area has been over 110° every day since the beginning of June. Up to 116°, so not that far behind you.
❤
I think u need a trip to Home goods- less$! Pretty store
I wish you would focus more on the size pots they are in 😂. I know uour like me and ballin on a budget. Im trying to make some $680 hydrangeasl lol
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ok I looked on Amazon and the Brie baker is about $40. Look before you shop!
Sometimes you also need to decide if you are going to support a smaller or local business or if you want to buy Jeff Bezos a bigger yacht.
Can you imagine moving that cherub fountain? Nightmare!
❤
Bushels is beautiful! But seriously over priced on decor. 5 mins from my house.
I stick with High Hand, Pottery Barn or Green Acres in Rocklin❤
I was just going to post the same thing. I have lived less than 5 minutes from Bushnell’s for 20 years. I shop at Green Acres and drive right past Bushnell’s. We live in a very nice neighborhood but would never pay these prices!
@@wendylfong same!
