Trisha and Garth brought their A game and were by far the best vocally.
I loved it when Garth and Trisha sang "Don't close your eyes" by Keith Whitley, and I was so happy to see Lorrie Morgan there. She is the definition and epitome of Country music and my favourite country music singer/star performer ever.

It was so great to see Lorrie Morgan. In my mind she had a part in helping country music become a lot more popular and mainstream when she was at the height of her career. That woman IS country music. Textbook definition.

Garth's parents were really nice laid back people. When I met them, his Dad said his son was a singer that I might have heard of, and he was being serious, not joking. Yes, I had heard of him! They were proud of him but he was just one of their boys.
