I feel so bad for the son to find his murdered father on top of a burn pile.
This Family had a lot of Drama.Those Two should have been Divorced.
Yeah, that’s the question. Every time a spouse kills a spouse, ya think, how about divorce? Isn’t that less extreme?
The son actually did testify that he and his siblings could also benefit financially from their dad's death. I like how they conveniently left that out.

After she took the $50 000 from their line of credit, the husband removed her from having access to 'their' money and she killed him. I understand why she asked her kids for their support and I certainly don't agree with financially controlling your dependant spouse but its not how I would have handled things.
Without knowing the facts, I was assuming that if he was afraid she was going to kill him that he would have cut her off financially.

Actually that not true if the Person had a Will.
And if the Spouse dies without a will then it would go to Probate and depending on various factors the Estate could be split between the surviving spouse and heirs.

I've been in an abusive marriage 43 years with a powerful man that everybody loves and I'm always the bad guy. But would never unalive him. I think she's innocent. She prbly did everything for her children growing up and he was the disciplinary one!! They will take his side. I think they should investigate the neighbor. He's shady.

This cross examination of Chris Farris doesn’t seem to be generating any reasonable doubt about his testimony.

I ts interesting how Chris words all his answers to make him look better. I'm wondering how much he would have loved his dad IF he was cut off from ALL money resources. SMH at all of his answers NOT making him look in much of a bad light at all. He's good..... very good.

I listened carefully to the neighbours testimony, she confided all her secrets to him ; the defendant had a lifelong affair affair with her lover called Barton and used to disappear and meet him regularly

I don’t either! How did the remember every single detail of where he went? Also knew what he ate, fast food he drove to, word for work what people said? At least neighbor was real and when asked about texts he said I don’t remember because it was a long time ago! The son is a liar for sure.
