Thanks for uploading the final videos in the series. Interesting to see you used free software to compile the video. Ideally I'd like motion in my timelapse without using sliders and motors. Since I only want to create 1080p video and the Sony a6000 has 6000 pixels I'll use my current video editor to achieve pan, tilts and zooms effects. Thanks again!
Oh, that's possible and very easy too. You have to use the Transform effect and animate it by right clicking on the option you want to animate (like scale) and then click Insert Keyframe. Do this at the point where you want to start the animation and where you want to end it.
Hi ich du I'm a fellow German but prefer to speak english question: lm looking for a camera to start with and I'm stuck with sony a5000 and sony a6000 can you tell me why you chose the soney a6000? Was it for the auto zoom ? I love you tutorials they are really good and I would love to hear back from you :)
Hi Jan Zakrzewski, I choose the a6000 because you don't have to go into the menu to adjust something like the aperture, shutter speed or ISO. The a5000 has (I think) one dial less, so it's harder to adjust the settings.
Hello! May I ask you a question? After I input around 150 pics(jpg ), it cannot broadcast smoothly as yours. Is the file's size way too big? Or ? Thanks!
This images where just an example to show that you can also make a timelapse in 4K. I had already deleted the original RAW Files of my timelapse and only the down scaled 1920x1080 version in PNG left. You can export your files as TIFF, PNG or JPG. Every format will work with Blender.
Hmm ok. Can you tell me if this is the right way: I edit and export from RAW to TIFF in Lightroom with these settings: 3840x2160 (300 Resolution) 8 Bit. I make a new comp in After Effects also 3840x2160 and than export to Avi. When I upload to TH-cam I change it to Mp4 with Adobe Media Encoder. Only thing I don't understand is what frame rate to choose? Can I decided what ever I want or is there a rule? I know the speed change but is there any other do's and don'ts?
You should export from After Effects in a format you can directly upload on TH-cam without converting it again. Every time you convert your video you will lose quality. You Tube offers recommendations for frame rate and video format here: support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en
This is the best time-lapse and raw editing video I've seen yet!
Thanks very much for all your tutorials. They're very informative.

+Ich Du i See thank you for Answering :D glad that you did
Hello, sorry if I missed it but, how do you adjust the speed of a timelapse? thanks a lot
The speed depends on your camera settings. Have a look at Part 1.
Ich Du ok but... What if i want to accelerate some part of the video, slow down some other...
@@sebspi Try to make it a video first and then doing the editing with some other third party apps (like iMovie etc)

Hello Wanjing Zhang, 150 pictures is not much. How smoothly the program runs depends mainly of the power of your computer.
Ich Du Ok,i got it!Thank you!i learned a lot from your teaching session!keep update if you have some new work!
First you say Export to Tiff but now you work with png?
+ We save the images in 4k but now make a video in 1920-1080? What's the point in saving in 4k?
