    Hi ! I want to thank you because it was quite hard to find a tutorial to make this hammer, I did not find one in my language and I was very upset so thanks you a lot ! .^-^ Moreover it was really easy to follow as your english is very understandable even for a foreigner like me, cheap as I love and fast to make. A big thank you !

    Are a 2 meters long EVA role long enough?

    • @MichaelHaskin
      @MichaelHaskin  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That should be more than enough foam. Depending on the size of hammer, you’ll have enough for a couple I think (or other projects)

  • @PaigeyBitch
    @PaigeyBitch 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    This is great, where did the foam come from though!?

    • @MichaelHaskin
      @MichaelHaskin  9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I got the foam from Joanns. You can find it at most craft stores in various sizes. If that doesn't work, the Internet will have more foam than you could ever need haha

    • @PaigeyBitch
      @PaigeyBitch 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    can you use hot glue or any glue to paste Harley quinn diamonds on your pants because I'm painting my pants red and black and when a little off topic for a minute when I painted one side of my pants red it didn't come out exactly bright red, it came out a little burgundy. so on topic now can you use any type of glue to paste Harley Quinn diamonds on your pants?

    • @stradekun2554
      @stradekun2554 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      TheDarkKnightQuinn91 Sorry late response! but fabric glue , super glue, and a glue gun will work fine. don't use regular school glue because it may fall off easily.

    I have a question what is your hammer for cosplay or just to have

    • @MichaelHaskin
      @MichaelHaskin  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A mix of both. If I get around to it I was planning to do a male version of Harley Quinn either for Halloween or some sort of future convention. It's also pretty cool just sitting in my room

    Does anyone know if you can paint over this type of foam? With maybe let’s say acrylics

    • @irreverentdisease
      @irreverentdisease 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      acrylics tend to crack so maybe fabric paint would be better(foam could qualify as fabric) but if you have a good quality paint sealant it should be fine !! (o:

      @@Theinksblink aaaaa same, only problem is I'm not sure if it'll look good, my height is an issue for a lot of cosplays but this one especially- (I'm 4'9" and Korekiyo is like 6'2", ik you can cosplay characters regardless of height or body type but I'm still kinda worried)

    about your previous video, what else can i use besides pvc pipe?

    • @cinnabunnyemporium
      @cinnabunnyemporium 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      you could use wooden rods instead. They sell them at Wal-Mart. When I've made some of my props I've used handles from cheap mops or brooms from the dollar store.

    • @MichaelHaskin
      @MichaelHaskin  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Each roll was $9 but I had 50% off coupons for both so it was $9 total! The rolls are also huge and I think might be enough for almost 4 hammers. That means there is plenty left over for any future projects.
