Exporing Exmoor Green Lanes Part 1

- It was the middle of summer, so I arranged to meet up with Ken for a spot of green laning in the summer sun up on Exmoor
Well, that what I was hoping for.
What we got was rain. Lots of rain.
But we had a cracking time non the less.
This is part 1.

I was egging you up that hill then at 6:42 and also had my throttle fully open while sat on the sofa, but I guess it's easier from where I'm sat maybe? 😂
Kens such a legend, those paths and lanes were Brill.

Heart in mouth time. Thought that slippy track had you beat for a minute. It's very steep round there. Love the cute little way your breathing goes all ragged when it gets challenging. Ken is cool as a cucumber on his baby beemer.
There was a moment when I thought I was going to get stuck, but somehow I figured it out. I find it funny that my breathing goes crazy when it gets hard too

Nice one Marc! I'd almost forgotten our day of liquid Exmoor sunshine 😁 Thank you for your kind words, if i need a character reference i shall know who to approach! I really enjoyed our Exmoor run, not hundreds of lanes but a thoroughly pleasant bimble. I shall look forward to your commentary as you descend 'Bears' lane! 😉😁 Oh! the smell of my bike is due to adding about an eggcupful of Castrol R40 to a tankful of fuel for that authentic racetrack/speedway aroma 🙂
It was a great day out on Exmoor. We'll definitely have to do it again.
“Slippery nipples” ha! That needs to become a phrase. I’ll try and remember it (when green laning of course).

There's two things you've got to watch out for on Devon lanes. Bears and Badgers.

@EpicMotorcycleAdventures Sounding a bit 'needy' there boi? 🤣🤣 Yes of course! I've got a neat little 2hr circular route for you sometime as well including 3 lanes which I'd never done before last weekend! All inside the Barnstaple/Torrington/Bideford triangle.

It was a wet one mate. You must come up and do these lanes with us at some point.
