It would be nice with a test drive /comparison in eco mode and lower speed, e.g. at maximum of 90 km/h.

The 80% charge limit is probably not very precise which could account for the differences in the energy charged compared to the trip meter. The trip meter consumption should be way more accurate. That makes the difference of 4% closer to reality.
Btw, did you use the sam tyre pressure in ith cars and are the wear of the tires the same? Worn tires has much less rolling resistance than new tires.

Based on that I’d probably opt for GTX with bigger battery and heat pump. A 9% range penalty over Pro isn’t as bad as I’d have thought, plus in reality it only affects a few% of journeys where you’re doing 300-400 miles.

Hello! When possible, please test the new Ioniq 5 RWD with the 84KWh battery. Thank you! Great videos!

Does having a heat pump make a massive difference? I have a 2024 ID.5 Match Pro and I didn’t opt for the heat pump because I didn’t think it was worth the extra cost but maybe next time I will in 2027
