There is no BR where you want to face Russia. None. Zero. They have the most oppressive lineups by far.
I've spent 2700 matches at reserve tier and hardly played other tiers for ages.
I try 2.3 - 3.0 USA and Germany, no luck except for the good lineup of 3.0 Germany.
Then I try 2.3 USSR, and it's a damn steamroll with the SU-122 and the 72-K, while the other major nations (more major than Russia!)
You know damn well that if any other nation had something like the SU, it would be all "Oh no! 2.3 is too low, yes it will struggle at higher BRs but we should prioritise the experience of every other player in the match, not this one vehicle. Let's move it to 2.7 or 3.0."
I try 2.7, exact same. I'm a pretty garbage player with other nations at the same BR, yet the T-50 is a point and click adventure, the IL-2-37 is insane CAS, and the Yak-7B is precisely on ground RB meta.
The idea that USA has the best low tier CAS is a fabrication. The USA doesn't even have any usable Bomber/Strike aircraft (to use the second spawnpoint pool) from 2.0 to 3.0.
Russia, meanwhile, has strike aircraft/bombers for every single BR, and the biggest BR jump you'd be forced to make is that you'd need to take the IL-2M to 4.0 Straight afterwards? Pe-8. After? Su-6 (AM-42). After? IL-10. After? Tu-2S.
And I'm comparing tech tree vehicles to tech tree vehicles, because premiums are something else entirely.
I've probably got you thinking that I must be some kind of Western liberal who supports every agenda pushed in the news, but the fact is that I hate the West and its liberal garbage. I follow another ideology/weltanschlauss/religion.

If you look at all the MBT spall fuel liners, russias MBTs have the best one which is no surprise because the game is super realistic and Russia has the best thermals and the best spall liners and the best 3BM shotgun spall round

I think u mean the ESS (engine smoke generating system).. the engine is far back.. and the sights are at the front of the tank turret.
