Mera led panel ka driver 44 v output dikha raha hai, par panel dim jal raha hai. Kya kharab ho sakta hai ?
Check any black marks on led chips.

Probably a faulty driver.
you can check each individual LEDs by hooking them to a 3v coin cell & thin wires.
