Nicely done, you got another subscriber! I was looking for a fix for another issue not described in this video. We have a couple of panels that start fine, but after using for a while, they start blinking at a rate of about once every second and when that happens there is no option but to turn them off. I can't confirm this yet, but it looks as though the longer we keep them off, the longer it takes for them to start blinking. Could this be the driver somehow misbehaving when it gets hot?
Thanks for the sub! I've had some of the Lights which get into disco mode & Start blinking... This usually happens due to 2 things. 1. Weak LED chip. It does not pass enough current to light up the whole array. The chip Short method fixed this. 2. Weak Capacitors in The Driver SMPS. You''ll have to remove the capacitors & test them like this- th-cam.com/video/uzP0wBJ_wh0/w-d-xo.html Both of these get worse as they heat up.

No. Not any Random Chip. You'll have to find out weak chips by Shorting them with a piece of wire as shown in the video. But at this point, replacing to COB makes sense.
