If you are not trained to work with electricity, I suggest you Call the Professional wireman. Red wire is usually phase.
Hi Sir, my false ceiling lights flicker even when it's turned off. It's happening in every room at same time. Most of the panel (led square panel) are flickering. How come it's happening in every room with most of the lights?

Many things are possible. Faulty wiring. Wrong neutral. Bad led drivers.
Check the polarity of wires (phase neutral)
Also see that switch in boards is on phase. Not on neutral.

Tape up any exposed wires. Or better call electrician.
