    I also like to do things very naturally and avoid allopathic medications like the plague! After giving birth to my daughter (i conceived her first try and everything went well) i started trying for my second and had over 5 chemical pregnancies since. However I started trying vitamin c, selenium, methylfolate, vitex, and omega 3 and my cycle has become a lot more optimal now! it has been lasting 30 days, i now ovulate around day 15 and my luteal phase is way longer. 🧡 i am very optimistic! good luck!

      ps: read about MTHFR mutation and why it is important to take methylfolate instead of folic acid and the vitamin B complex in their ACTIVE forms, there is some complex B supplements out there. Read about methylation. Methyl nutrients include folates (vitamin B9), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and choline (vitamin B4), as well as methionine and betaine. These substances play the role of both substrates and cofactors in transformations related to one-carbon metabolism.

      I’m so sorry you went through that! 🤍
      Thank you for the supplement recommendations! I’ve seen MTHFR floating around social media but never really looked into it deeply. Appreciate the breakdown/explanation!

    I have read a study about lean PCOS. It was saying that after some time of having high androgen levels (high testosterone) it can drop abruptly and the low androgen levels can cause infertility. The good part is that it also said that starting treatments to fix the low androgens should resolve the infertility. I have researched this because I also have a high AMH of 5.9 which can indicate PCOS but my cycle is perfectly regulated and my ultrasound looks normal. Did you ever check your TSH?

      Yep, TSH is good! I just started reading "8 steps to reverse your PCOS" and it talks about lean PCOS. I can't believe how vast PCOS can be. Did you get an 'official' diagnosis?

      @@simply.eleonora th-cam.com/video/kq7TOGL3AkQ/w-d-xo.html This is the link to one of the videos that describe how low testosterone is a sign of lean-PCOS and that supplementation with DHEA the level can go up and this way can help with fertility.
      Regarding my diagnosis, I haven't been confirmed yet. My blood tests are all normal including testosterone and DHEA-S. I will be going for another ultrasound on Monday dor a definitive answer.

    Would love to know if you’re having success lengthening your cycle? I also have a 25 day cycle like clockwork. Short follicular phase. 27 years old. Have been trying for a year after and ectopic pregnancy which resulted in the loss of my left tube.

      @simply.eleonora  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m so sorry you went through that! I’ve heard ectopic pregnancy’s can be very scary, I hope you had a quick recovery 🙏🏼
      My 24 day cycle has turned into 25-26, so I would say it slightly lengthened. I was ovulating around CD 10-11 and now am up to CD 12-14, so I would say it has adjusted. This changed about 2-3 months before I got pregnant, but then had a miscarriage. So we’ll see what happens to my cycle now.

      @@simply.eleonora I’m am so so sorry for your loss! They are so devastating. Praying we get our rainbow babies. Would enjoy seeing a video or even if you could share what you’ve been doing to lengthen. Sounds like success to me!
