Aren't the balls supposed to be cooked in mutton stock? Also I guess we use only water of the garlic paste & not the paste as a whole. Great recipe btw 😊
Could you tell please,wether the meat should be washed with water before crushing it on the stone.I have heard from good old experienced people that washing the meat degrades its quality. Thankyou.
Inayatullah Diju Salam , waza do not wash meat which they have to pound like Goshtaba , Rista they use fresh back thigh portion of a baby lamb which is incredibly soft.😊
