I think the price will actually drop to some extent, even in Tampa. In 2024 onward, all aspects will be better. How is the rental market in Tampa lately?

Edna thanks for sharing your thoughts! Do you think the home prices will drop to pre pandemic prices? The rental market is still in high demand and rental prices continue to hold strong. Lots of apartment complexes and SFH developments being built specifically for rent
