    Couple of things . . . first, remember, you're not just "losing weight" . . . you're gaining muscle . . . which is heavier than fat, so you may not lose weight according to the scale but you're still making positive progress! Second, it isn't how much weight you're using in the gym . . . remember, you're trying to get into good shape, not win a powerlifting competition . . . so it's more beneficial to move 5 pounds 100 times than it is to move 100 pounds 5 times. Every little bit helps and is always better than doing absolutely nothing. And of course, you must allow your body to rest! And that includes mentally! So, take as many breaks as feels right. Keep up the good work!

      Thanks! I'm for sure not trying to impress anyone in the gym, I'm WAY to old for that, I mentioned that I used light weights b/c I hadn't lifted in awhile and more importantly I need to protect the gains I've made with my back pain at all costs. I hope you are doing well, haven't heard from you in awhile.

      @@hasenmyer Sadly, day job has taken all of my time lately. What little time I have available I have been working on my truck trying to get it to where I want it to be. Almost done with that. Otherwise, crappy weather has kept me from shooting any content . . . hence, no videos.
