    Hang in there! You probably are building muscle, which weighs more. But the good news is your metabolism will work better. 😊

    Haha, I did the same thing - too tense, snapped the needle off the syringe - $90 in the bin!! Bro, I think you're trying too hard - stress & exercise raise cortisol levels - not good for weight loss! 2 weeks ago I blew my MCL in my knee (crashed my skateboard) no more 5 mile hikes with 30lb weighted vest or surfing/skating just limited upper body weight training - I lost more weight doing a lot less!! Perhaps your holiday will do something similar! :)

    You are an inspiration to many! I appreciate the true struggles. I hope all your consistency with diet pays off as a permanent habit! So happy to hear your fitness at the gym is becoming a habit!
